I have generally experienced their expertise and service through them looking after my husband?s 2005 DB9.I was considering a 911 or Vantage but was very concerned by some of the high repair/maintenance cost of these cars plus some of the scary bills that can occur on certain models, common failure points and/or deferred maintenance.Mike at Bamford Rose gave my husband some pointers when he was there a few months ago about models/specifications to look for when considering a Vantage and this proved invaluable. I found a V8 Vantage S that was not only a great price but had already had an incredible amount of work done on it at Bamford Rose only a year ago! Knowing how Mike and his superb team inspect, repair and maintain a car, gave me the peace of mind to put a deposit on the car over the phone with the seller, as soon as I found out the maintenance record.I am absolutely over the moon with the car and will be taking it to Bamford Rose for any servicing/repairs required. I cannot recommend Bamford Rose enough.

Mike and Matt fixed the clutch of my Vantage and at the same time they upgraded the exhaust to a GT4. They did an amazing work!! My vantage feels new now!

Fantastic service from Mike and his team at Bamford Rose. He certainly furnishes you with the information you need to structure future preventative maintenance. Whether you want to hear it or not is another thing! Joys of owning a 20 plus year old vanquish, I suppose! Will definitely be returning to address some of the future proofing issues my car has snd needs. At least now I have the peace of mind of being correctly informed. To sum up, very informative and knowledgeable, work carried out quickly and efficiently, reasonably priced.

I have just collected my DBS from Bamford, this was its first visit to Mike and his team. The service certainly lives up to reputation. I enjoyed the feedback from Mike, with his in-depth overview of the car. It is so much more insightful speaking to someone who has a true passion for the brand with attention to detail.I now have a detailed overview of the condition of the car post purchase, and a planned route of maintenance over the next few years. I will certainly back for the V12 exhaust upgrade and its future servicing. I would most definately recommend Mike and his team to any Aston owner!

Surely most folk end up on the Bamford Rose website when looking for their first Aston, the YouTube videos are excellent as well, if a little scary for those with shallow pockets. These guys know Aston Martin's inside out.

Had a clutch, a service as well as some exhaust optimization on my V12vVery happy with both the welcome and the results and the very detailed report which I had asked for but thankfully didn't flag up any problems.

I cannot rate Mike and the team at Bamford Rose highly enough. My DB9 has been to them three times. The first time I took it to them, it was for a service and a primary cat delete, as if you own a 'Gaydon era' V12 Aston you need this doing (look at his YouTube videos). Because BR inspect every car in-depth and know all of the faults these cars have, they very quickly found a multitude of things missed and/or not completed (as paid for) by Stratstone Wilmslow on my previous 'service'. I asked BR to complete the work needed (suspension arms, broken coil spring, suspension alignment, primary de-cat etc. and I stayed overnight in beautiful Stratford (not a bad thing at all). To their credit, the car was ready the next morning, earlier than they'd estimated and the car was immaculately valeted and ready when I got there to pick it up. I was only a mile or so down the road and could feel the difference, it genuinely felt like a different / newer / enhanced car! I've returned since then for a service, with thankfully nothing major to sort and this week I took it back for a misfire (common on these cars) and whilst it was quite a serious fault on a couple of cylinders, because I don't have ceramic cats anymore, there's no danger of a major, wallet damaging engine rebuild - prevention is better than cure. I'm not rich so I also like how Mike will also look to save customers money - but he will absolutely not cut corners or let a car with a potentially dangerous fault drive out of the workshop. Whenever I've been to BR, there are cars from all over the UK and Europe in the workshop.......that tells you enough to know how good Bamford Rose are.

Had a replacement twin plate clutch / flywheel, rear brakes oil leak fix and Mike has completely made the car an absolute joy to drive. All done in a few days, great job! Thoroughly reccomend Bamford Rose?Services: Transmission

my dream car quickly turned into a bit of a nightmare which was only compounded by the list of problems that needed sorting .today i collected my car from bamford rose and id like to express my thanks they have transformed my car and on the 70 plus mile journey home i never stopped smiling so a big thumbs up and thank you my car drove like a dream

Hi - I decided to use Bamford Rose for an oil change & remap, as I?m a little ocd and the reviews seemed good.I don?t welcome others touching, riding or driving my toys, but ? I challenged Mike @ Bamford Rose to see if he could find any faults on Dorothy ? other than the drivers heated seat not working!The REPORT (bless em):-a blown (swollen) water radiator ready to ?drop her load? ??of coolant!!!- so even though it cost me for an oil change & a engine remap £££ (removal of the stupid tracker) they had found a potential disaster looming.Great advice was exchanged to where to get an original AM radiator, ?off grid? avoiding the ££££ hungry dealers, in which I saved £££!.My recommendation:-if you have an AM a few years old & you love her, get yourself down to BAMFORD ROSE and visit the Aston Martin church of Mike!!!!He might be bald, - but by Fakk he knows his stuff!Services: Oil change
