“This is a lovely store and one of my favourite Whittard stores. The customer service was genuinely friendly and helpful and it was great that we could try several different drinks before buying. “Visiting from Australia, this bookshop reminded me of some that have now gone from the larger cities - an eclectic range and sometimes eccentric organisation. This ensures the casual visitor can spend several hours with their head in a book on a subject completely unrelated to their reason for visiting (this is a good thing). Reasonable prices, friendly staff. Nice that their is a tea shop inside, too.”
