Great old traditional pub with great food, great real ale and friendly staff. It's also dog friendly. Recommend this pub.

Expected a bit more from a pub that's sort of a historical landmark of the city. My mulled wine tasted bland and diluted while the camembert was quite small and at best tasted ok. They kept a lot of the original interior design which is nice but that's the best part about it.
