While I appreciate Stephen taking the time to reach out to me after reading my review, I must express my continued frustration with the service provided by Pragnell's. Despite Stephen's effort, the overall experience has left me disappointed, especially considering the missed deadlines due to the lack of communication. I strongly urge the staff to prioritize returning customers' calls promptly. In my case, Stephen had no trouble reaching me, highlighting the inconsistency in their communication practices. However, I do want to acknowledge Stephen's effort, and for this reason, I have revised my initial review and stars. Moving forward, I hope Pragnell's addresses these issues to ensure a better experience for their customers.Review for Pragnell Jewellers, Stratford-upon-Avon:If I could give Pragnell Jewellers 0 stars, I would. My experience with them was incredibly disappointing. I made three separate phone calls on different days, trying to speak with someone in valuations to book an item in for my insurance. Despite taking my details each time and promising a callback, I never received one. It became evident that I needed to seek assistance elsewhere as my insurance company required prompt action.Due to Pragnell's lack of service, I contacted the National Association of Jewellers and was directed to T A Henn & Son Ltd in Wolverhampton. I'm so glad I did. Unlike Pragnell, T A Henn & Son promptly returned my calls and charged a reasonable fee of £135 for the service, compared to Pragnell's excessive charges of £25 + 1% + VAT of the total valuation.Despite being a local resident of Stratford-upon-Avon for over 22 years, I will never use Pragnell again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Save your time and money by going to T A Henn Jewellers, who provide excellent service at a fair price and are registered with the National Association of Jewellers just like Pragnell.

I really can?t rate this firm highly enough. Dealing with Johnathan was a pleasure to deal with and really went the extra mile to assist with the purchase of a hard to get SkyDweller.From the first call, to the collection appointment, excellent service, care and attention to detail was seen at every stage. We could not be happier with the purchase of our wedding bands from Pragnell last month. The store is stunning, and the staff was more than accommodating and kind. After working with Daniella Regan previously, we knew traveling from Dallas to Stratford-upon-Avon would be worth the long trip, and we were right. Daniella goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is memorable while shopping with Pragnell. Our visit with Nigel & Daniella showed how well the staff works as a collective team. They are lucky to have them both representing their brand. We hope to see you all again soon!

We would like to say what a wonderful experience we?ve had at Pragnell Stratford upon Avon. Andrew Edwards is a very knowledgeable sales professional with a wonderful personable manner making him a great asset to the Pragnell team. We were extremely well looked after from start to finish and really enjoyed the whole process of purchasing a beautiful yearned for timepiece. We will definitely recommend Andrew and Pragnell to our family and friends.

Visited Pragnells Stratford yesterday to collect my new time piece . This is my second purchase from Pragnells and I was once again met with a friendly pleasing customer service. Robert was extremely helpful with information and fitting adjustments I needed making - the relaxing comfortable surroundings make it a pleasure to visit and I shall without doubt be back when I am due to treat myself again .

Characterful & quirky showroom in the centre of town. Always met by friendly staff & offered a nice cuppa upon arrival. Deal with Sam, who is first class. Both professional & personable. Would not hesitate to recommended him or the business overall.

My wife and I have known Daniella Regan for several years who is the most wonderful person and a fantastic edition to Pragnell! Daniella?s extensive knowledge of jewellery and watches is best in class and I wouldn?t purchase from anyone else. Daniella has gone above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful. She is a credit to the Pragnell team and we visited the showroom for the first time a few weeks ago which was a wonderful experience. Welcoming, professional and first class service, I couldn?t recommend any more highly.
