Great coffee, great atmosphere, friendly staff. Would not expect less from Nero.

An enjoyable place to have a coffee (and a tasty treat occasionally). Three stars from the council isn't good enough. Should be 5 from a major outlet like this. One member of staff can be rather loud unnecessarily.

I usually like coming to this Caffe Nero however unfortunately we were served today (according to our receipt) by 'Stephen' who was incredibly rude. We asked for our drinks to be put in disposable cups but we mentioned multiple times we were eating in - he then proceeded to sarcastically comment on our request to eat in but having it in disposable cups. When coming to pay he also was about to charge us for one additional drink I had already paid for but thankfully I noticed the error prior to paying. In addition to this unfortunately our cakes and cookie were put into takeaway boxes and when we mentioned we needed plates, as we once again stressed we were eating in, he became agitated and then subsequently crushed our cakes as he tried removing them from the box. He also muttered words under his breath as he picked up a replacement cake which I could not make out what they were. I am very disappointed about this visit and won't be coming back - I will be going to the Warwick Costa next time instead.

This is an okay Cafe Nero in Warwick. There?s the usual selection of drinks and food and plenty seating downstairs. There?s also quite a lot of extra space upstairs. The staff when I visited last were friendly enough. Although it was towards the end of the day so they weren?t super enthusiastic. The negatives was that the tables were not being cleared or cleaned very quickly. I had to move a tray full of cups and plates when I sat down. And the window next to me upstairs was covered in cobwebs. Which suggests not the most efficient cleaning. When I visited the bathroom downstairs (next to the stairs) the soap dispenser was empty and the front cover fell onto my hands as I tried to use it!Apart from the fact that much of the fixtures and fittings are a bit tired, it?s a convenient coffee shop in Warwick town centre.

Wow the Internet here is non-existent. I tried for 30 mins plus to log in then it stated it would send me a password but couldn't get to on the Internet to open my email. Then tried my phone and nothing signal bars to low. So tried hot stop and everything was block other than neros provider so I not only couldn't log into their Internet but also not into any other free near. I asked another person ans they stated they had the same issue. It's cold in the cafe but the drinks were good.I got to frustrated so left to go to another cafe.

We have previously had good experiences at Caffe Nero and we love the café lattes there. However, unfortunately on Sunday evening we went for a drink to relax and warm up after a lovely winter walk.As soon as we walked in, we immediately felt unwelcome. The barista abruptly said across the cafe, ?you two? followed by ?what can I get you?? in a raised voice and rude tone. Even though we were the only ones ordering and no one else was around us. We had not even reached the counter, or had a chance to decide what we wanted to order.Once I?d ordered our drinks, he said the price, again with an abrupt tone. I asked if I could use my voucher for a free drink as I had used the final drink stamp and I had filled my voucher card. He then said ?let me see, no you haven?t?. I didn?t want to argue and therefore thought I must be wrong, although I could clearly see my voucher card was already full. When I thanked him for making our drinks, there was no warm reply or acknowledgment.I have never had a negative experience with a barista at this coffee shop, or others of this chain. However, it really impacted the experience both me and my husband had on that evening. We actually decided not to stay and didn?t even feel like drinking our drinks we took out with us (they only had takeout cups that day).
