Absolute joke of a pharmacy. Avoid at all costs. You are told to wait 30 minutes every time you go in there and sometimes told to come back and the prescription still isn?t ready. They get sent prescriptions well in advance and you still have to wait over 30 minutes every time. Management of this pharmacy is actually appalling. Don?t know how they are staying open. Nominate another pharmacy in Warwick if you can.

I would not even give this place a one star! Staff on the counter were absolutely awful and rude!! Had no patient mannerism or respect. Giving me dirty looks and frowning when I had given my details. I had then been given items which I had not requested and I asked the girl to kindly take them back and only supply me with what I needed. I was told I had to take the whole bag? even though I did not need the other items.. lovely use of money there.The girl then assumed I was exempt from paying for my prescription? I had to fight for the fact I actually do pay and she said I was exempt? surely I would know my OWN circumstances.Staff member working behind asked ' what the issue was' I said I pay for my medicine so can I make a payment. This was then done and my medicine was given to me in my hands. NO bag was supplied, just a box left on the counter.My address was not confirmed either, luckily I collect my own medicine so I know what I am expecting.when I walked towards the door the staff member loudly said to the girl on the till ' WAS SHE BEING RUDE'baring in mind the staff there could all hear the conversation which was had at the till.At no point was there any rudeness from my side, but I definitely will not be coming back here In a rush.awful awful patient / customer service. After reading the other reviews people have left, I now understand why.

Since they moved up to the surgery there service is appalling, on several occasions I have not been able to pick up my mother?s prescription of 8 items. I went in today after receiving a text confirming her prescription was ready. This had been signed and sent over by the doctors 1st Dec but only 4 of the items were ready, I was told I had to wait 30mins for the rest because they have a lack of staff. (4 completing prescriptions and 1 at the front desk). After complaining they miraculously appeared with the other 4 items They were trying to blame the surgery because only 4 items can be sent at one time on a prescription, what lies the prescription was sent electronically by the surgery with all 8 items on. I will be changing the pharmacy, I thought that bringing Mellors into the doctors in one building would be a benefit but obviously not!!!

Old management gone!! Had to go twice absolute chaos queue out the door told wait time 20 mins 1 hour later No organisation lots of staff out back. Not sure what they ate doing. They don't seem to care and couldn't go any slower if they tried!!!

Rude staff with attitude. Last time I came in and was dealt with by rude staff members (who forget that when round the back customers can still hear them speaking) I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was busy and there were other distressed customers.But today I feel the need to say something.They didn't have my prescription but as I needed it today I was told to search around other pharmacies. They said it was more than likely I wouldn't be able to find it so they would get it in by later today. I gave them an extra 30 mins from the time agreed hoping they would have it ready. I was instead rudely told that it wouldnt be ready today and would have to come back tomorrow. For a poorly person it was another trip wasted dealing with staff with an attitude. I don't feel comfortable remaining with them.

Very rude. Poor customer service since the old staff have gone. I went on Friday and sat for 45mints just for two boxes off pain killers. They told me to come back on Monday still not in.

Excellent service polite friendly staff very accommodating, good quality and large selection of pharmacies products, plasters,cold relief,personal products etc..at affordable prices1to1 personal advice and diagnosis..Ie blood pressure etc..

Very rude, poor customer service. Since Melkite moved to their new site their service has declined. Even with pre ordering you are still made to wait 20-30 minutes. Their excuse we are too busy. My advice please move your custom to another pharmacy as Mellors or whatever they are called don?t really care anymore. The staff certainly don?t care.

A pre ordered prescription is never ready and you are asked to wait 15 to 20 minutes everytime. What's the point of pre ordering if its not ready. Will not be returning after having this for the last few times I've been.

Not good service at all. Every time I collect a prescription I am told there will be a 10 - 15 minute wait which would be fine if the reality wasn't the usual 30 minutes + I actually have to wait. Then I ask how much longer I have to wait only to find that my prescription has been waiting and ready to be given to me but staff haven't noticed and this is when it's not busy in the shop. Used to be good service when Mellors was in Swan Street. Sadly not anymore
