Don't expect to use the loo unless you buy something regardless of age and an empty shop. Very poor show. Let's hope they never get caught short.

The gentleman is very kind and polite. What a great service and experience . Food is amazing. The ham and cheese hot sandwich is stunning. Afternoon tea set is so valued.

What a lucky find! This little tearoom is tucked away but well worth a visit. We (and our dog!) were made very welcome in the lovely, bright conservatory one showery afternoon, and enjoyed delicious coffees, cakes and scones. Thoroughly recommend a visit, and we will certainly be back!

Apple Tree tea rooms were very accommodating with 2 groups of 40 people as our history society wanted somewhere to go following our tour of nearby St Mary's Church. We were able to reserve the entire tea room and were served delicious warm Scones, jam and cream with unlimited tea and coffee for a very reasonable price. Everyone enjoyed it. Would definitely come again.

Slightly off the beaten tourist track, this is a little gem of a tea room. The owner was so friendly and knowledgeable about Warwick. Lovely sandwiches and excellent coffee.

I beg of these people to close their doors and enter into a more appropriate business for their skills, which unfortunately is neither customer services or catering. The beyond frosty reception and miserable faces is too much to bear. Why on earth they choose to do a customer based business when they so clearly find it painfully miserable is beyond me. The food is barely edible. When you have Jack Shack around the corner with the always friendly and happy Jack and Michelle, with delicious food, and other really nice cafes, there?s honestly no reason to even step foot in here. I hate to be so harsh, but I?m honestly sick of wasting my money on people who don?t deserve it.

We were the only ones in the cafe, and it was good to have the quiet atmosphere and it's location was very good. I dropped a star for service because the man behind the counter wasn't friendly, welcoming or gave any service but the lady, was the opposite, she was so apologetic that the placed closed 15 minutes ago and we hadn't realised. It closes at 4pm!! I had the soup and sandwich and they were very good. The cream tea looked excellent, with a choice of scones, which came warm, but a tiny pot of jam between 2 scones is too small. It would of been nicer to have a small dish with an amount from a jar and a spoon to make this perfect.

Stopped for a coffee early Sunday morningOne of the best cappuccinos we have had in a long time. As batistas it makes a change for someone to make a coffee at the right temperature and other burn the milk!Very polite service well done

Great service and equally nice food in a calm spot of Warwick. Me and my family were treated to a lovely lunch at this cafe.

Lovely place for a pot of tea and sandwich. Beautiful garden in the bright sunshine on a November afternoon.

Unpleasant. Rude. No idea how they have managed to stay open. Read the other reviews.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and drinks. Both sandwiches were amazing. Brie and grape. Ham and mustard. Service was excellent too. Sat in the garden out the back. Lovely. Just what we needed.
