During national lockdown lazy hill post office stays open as normal which is highly appreciated. The demeanour of the staff is excellent. I recommend everyone in the community use this post office.

Lazy hill post office has been open throughout lockdown and Pam is very efficient hard working and friendly. They also accurately updated their hours online unlike other UK post offices, which for me, helped to avoid wasted journeys. Thank you Pam and team.

I came here because my usual post office, Aldridge, was shut. The building is dark and grim, with grubby walls and a general air of disrepair. I was served by a very grim, grumpy woman who spoke very quietly - I had to ask for clarification literally every time she spoke because it was impossible to hear here. There were 10+ people in the queue the whole time I was there and only one person working. Not worth it - go to Aldridge post office instead.

Do not use the post office for a parcel force drop off point parcel dropped off 5/12 shows collected 5/12 then tracking now shows collected from lazy hill again 13/12 So doesn't appear to have been handed over to parcel force by lazy hill 8days parcel has sat with them and they haven't handed it over!! now urgent parcel is late and useless for it's intended purpose
