Contaminated Fuel drained from my car following breakdown, as assessed by 2 independent inspections RAC & Fuel fixer who confirmed. Problems started immediately after filling up at Sainsburys Balsall Common fuel station at 8am Friday 29th July 2023. The manager states this is not possible. Has anyone else had a breakdown???

I had a very unhappy baby whilst trying to fuel up today, and one of the staff members came out and fuelled up for me, then the cashier was so kind to me. Thank you so much, from a tired overwhelmed Mum!

Good prices but always busy due to the mini market - beware as you can wait in line for a while but at least the staff are very friendly ??

My husband stopped to get fuel on Monday 12th Sept on the way home from work. He was on his motorbike and then was ushered off the forecourt by a male member of staff being told we don't allow motorbikes here!! What?? He is 49 years of age, on his way home, he isn't a bike thief or a threat to anyone!! He got fuel at the other petrol station in Balsall Common which served him absolutely fine.What's your problem Saintsbury's??

Limped my car into the station not knowing what was wrong with it. While trying to figure out, and buying oil and petrol, a self important guy with a headset comes out after 10 minutes to ask me what's wrong with it and to move it to the parking bays, then walks off. If I could move it, it wouldn't be there. Not interested in helping or anything like that. I'm sure others stay a lot longer when they are shopping. Rude and arrogant.

Staff tried to overcharge, about £1, knowing most people won?t notice. They probably then correct the transaction and pocket the change. Be careful

The only place I could get fuel in the 'crisis' big shop for the size of the petrol station, good range of products and conveniently located. I always tend to fuel up here before a trip up the m6! The staff are always friendly too which makes a huge difference!

It's a fuel station with a small sainsbury's shop incorporated, what is there to say! ? Well one thing actually, I go to a fuel station to get fuel, it really, really gripes me that people grab fuel and then block the fuel pump for 15 minutes whilst they do a blooming food shop - and that's not just aimed at this fuel station. There are parking spaces available, park up, free the pumps people!! ?
