Went into to pick up 3 items i had bags with me but one of the items was too big for the bag so i asked for a bag the young asian guy said its 30p but whilst been stood in the que i seen 4 people ask for bags a young asian guy an asian lady and two black ladies and was just given them without payment when i said to guy i seen other people given them just moments before he said they paid cash LIE no money exchanged hands and the till did not open so if people paid cash what did he do pocket the four lots of 30p? i watched i made a point of watching as i knew my bag would be too small so would need a bag must think im some kind of idiot why should i pay because im a white girl? if 4 people havnt obv its who they think they can get away with it...i walked out without the bag because of the principle of it.

Amazing service from SHARON (hope the spelling is correct), she was really helpful and patience as, we were having some issues on ordering online! had to order everything separately as the system was updating and wasn't accepting everything in one transactions! SHE WAS SUPER HELPFUL on arranging all the deliveries on same day!!! A big thank you ?Honestly we never had any issues with anything in any Argos brunch and service is always outstanding!

Not a store where I had a good experience. I was only searching for an economy kettle, but they were out of stock. I talked to someone claiming to be a "manager", but she gave no clear indication she would address concerns. Edit: Went back due to urgent need for washing machine: What can i say? A chore and hassle from beginning to end.. The server was in some kind of argument with a customer in front of me... Server did look up washing machine required (to his credit).. Once i paid, i had to call a number to arrange delivery. Delivery arrived on schedule, delivery guy complaining about injuries at work (a legal matter between himself and his employer, nothing to do with me... of course). Store/delivery service here is average in every way. A company calling themselves "Domestic & General" started spam-calling me after i purchased the machine. (They try to upsell you on 10 years "free" parts, but you actually have to pay a monthly service charge). there's probably better retailers/delivery services out there if you have time to do your research.

Absolutely horrible service specially the manager Liam ,he is rude and disrespectful manager,The second manager JOE even the same Liam ,disrespectful manager. I will never use this store again

Really really poor service I bought a tv and wanted to exchange because it was small but they were rude and disrespectful because it was opened ,they told me to get out from the store which is disgusting, horrible experience ever. their name is Liam and joe

Terrible, Internet showed the store as open untill 7 so got there 5:50pm and we're closed. Going to try again today after 4 mile ride

Great service by LIAM the manager of union street shop . I went in yesterday 4th may as I had a saw that I couldn?t get the blade in . The manager Liam took the time to listen to my query and looked at the item realised there was a piece of metal stuck inside . He promptly exchanged it for me and put the new blade on for me so I could complete my job that evening at home . I live on my own so I don?t know anything about saws and was scared I would put it in the wrong way . Liam was friendly empathic and went the extra mile for me yesterday . Please can you personally thank him for me as without him I could but if done my job at home . He really made my day . I told all my friends about the service I received by Liam as I work in retail myself and I know how difficult it can be sometimes . Liam is an asset to your company .His manner is impeccable and service is excellent . I would like to thank mark as well as his service was also excellent as he was on the till when I first went into the shop. His service was also excellent he listened empathised and then gave Liam the information . Thank you Liam and mark . ?

Really poor service with negative attitude. I bought a earbuds, its not quite good and suitable for me, thus I required to return and refund. A female staff told me with chilly attitude: we cannot refund, cuz we cannot resale it. Then i explained the question is I wont know the product is good for me if I didnot open it, even I bought it from other retailers, i still got right to return.But the staff just told me oh its others warranty, not mine (very very intemperate and bad tone)..The policy is not my focused, even I cannot get the refund. However, the service attitude is really really horrible!!!!
