Very slow service had to wait over 10 mins to be served to top it off ordered an item was told will be in store at 9am went to collect at 8pm to find out it wasn’t back there.

Staff have a bad attitude when returning items here avoid like the plague, management for Argos should have a look at the staff they employ who will at all costs try and not refund you for a non working product, even though you have a receipt and the item is in same packaging, advisor called Katrina needs some peolle training and maybe a hug must have been bullied growing up!

Since Sainsbury's bought up Argos this store has been closed and a store has been opened inside the Sainsbury's store on the same retail park. Unfortunately because of the reduced space they now carry less stock so you can't get what you want on the day but have to order your item and collect the next day. They don't have any self serve payment machines anymore so you have to fill out a ticket and queue up to pay for what you want. This is a very slow service so be prepared to queue for a while. Patients are a necessity which is sadly something I am lacking. After waiting more than 15 minutes I walked out, went home and ordered what I wanted from Amazon.

Very poor service, slow, no prepay stations, no contact less payments, often queues, long walk through sainsburys to get in and out of the store, very inconvenient if you have a larger item.
Moody staff, does not open on time.
Avoid this branch if you can.

They don't accept returns if the item has fingerprints ... so be careful!
