Everton gave great customer service giving me all info about 30 days I could return tv set.Turned out tv was not in store, but Everton arranged free home delivery that day.Once there was an other customer waiting, Everton arranged other staff to see to them.Also set up a nector card for me.Wish I could done argos servery from recipt. But half way through the Web page so no longer doing survey.Great customer service credit to the company.Free parking.Easy access to argos inside sainsburysTv turned up couple hours later.The driver was very polite and a nice customer service

The staff are very rude. They are not friendly. In my opinion, at least a class should be held for them on how to help the customer and also how to deal with them. If you check the comments above, you will see that no customer is satisfied with the staff's treatment. Next to this store, there are other stores where you can buy the same items at the same price, and it is Argos that makes your customers lose themselves.

Dear Argos Customer Service,I am writing to complain about the unacceptable service I received at the Argos store in Castle Vale on 21/12/2022. I went to the store to return a sandwich maker that I had purchased but had never used. Despite presenting my receipt and explaining that the item was in the same condition as when I bought it, the staff at the store refused to refund me and told me that I had to take it back to the branch where I purchased it.When I asked to speak to the manager, he was rude and dismissive of my concerns. He refused to even look at the item and told me that he could not override the decision of his staff. He also stated that he did not have any more time to spend addressing my issue.I was extremely disappointed and frustrated by the poor customer service that I received at this Argos store. The staff were rude and had no manners when dealing with me, and the manager was unprofessional and unwilling to help resolve the issue.I am requesting a full refund for the sandwich maker and an apology for the unacceptable treatment that I received at the store. I hope to receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

Why the Argos return always has to be such a hassle. Returned the item unopened/original condition so the staff still rips it open to inspect each component anyway? Customers have the right to return any unwanted item for any reason, don't let them make you feel guilty about return.

Customer service is absolutely shocking .....still waiting 2hrs 23min 18sec has I write this....keeps telling me to hold or call back....I have called back 4 times....have two phones on hold and they still not answering....purchased 8 items and one is damaged....trying to get a replacement.....even the chat robot is busy....shocking service

Ordered and paid with Argos card, didn't read the email that I absolutely need the Argos card with me as form of ID when I went to pick my item, didn't matter that I had other forms of ID, drove 20 minutes just to be told to f off

This Argos in Sainsbury?s Castle Vale has probably the worst most incompetent staff I?ve literally ever known in my whole 30 years? I?ve had fourteen jobs now mostly in retail, and also the services, I?ve been in plenty of times with my little girl and each time they haven?t got a sodding clue about anything! They are clueless and the most miserable people I?ve honestly ever known! I think they employ anyone with half a brain cell and stick them out on front without any training whatsoever. Argos need to train there staff in this store from scratch and teach them how to give efficient customer service! It?s not hard to put a smile on your face and treat people how you like to be treated!!! Went in an hour ago and again the same service! Even two other customers in front of me were extremely unhappy with the staffs service and demanded to see a manager as the ones serving her were so incompetent and dim witted!! I advise anyone to go to another Argos store around the area? as these lot are just useless and clearly hate there job?.

Went to return something i had bought from the Argos at Mere Green. From the start i could tell no one could really be bothered. After explaining i had no receipt but had the order number and babk statement showing the purchase, i got told to ring customer services, but they gave me the wrong number. I asked to see the manager (Anne) who told me with an attitude that unless she see proof of purchase she is not touching the item and that i should go to mere green. Anyway went to mere green they sorted straight away and said that Castle vale could of done it. Anne needs to learn how to manage and speak to customers as she is conpletely inept and has no clue!

Never had much of a problem here.Thank you to the young lady member of staff there who helped me find. What I wanted to buy. ( This is betore lockdown ).Yes Okay to you ALL reading this have your laugh. That I have only just got around to it.But I am being sincere about this.A BIG thank You to all the staff who helped me. And being Disabled. She even pushed me around in my Wheelchair. So when I say A BIG thank you for helping me with things to her. And all the staff who helped me. I mean it.
