Don?t really understand the poor rating for this Argos concession ? It seems much more efficient than Selly Oak where you wait a lot longer usually. The guys and staff in here are always really helpful/friendly and I?ve never had a bad experience. Manager is very accommodating/understanding. Refunds are honoured for obviously defective goods. Never usually have to wait long to be served.

It's better the Argos shop in the same place you don't have to walk quite far to get there

The worst Argos I?ve ever been to. I purchased a Henry hoover in May and the hose broke after 3 months of use. The item came with two year warrantee however the manager refused to accept the item for repair or exchange. He send one of the till workers to tell me that ?vacuum hoses don?t just break like that and I must?ve done something to it?. Poor customer service. I will not be using this branch again.

I was also refused a refund and accused of breaking the item. Appalling customer service never go there again

On Thursday 4th November I went to collect my pre ordered item at around 18.30. There was 1 customer discussing whatever with an Argos assistant and no other customers waiting, I waited at the online till and despite the staffer calling several times to his colleges and being observed by staff at the back of the store I had to wait at least 5 minutes until I received attention. Argos at the moment is going right down in my eyes, you can't seem to ever get what you need now, it pushes you go expensive. I been after a wardrobe for months and nothing comes in stock anymore. Its now my last place il look for anything.

I was refused a refund or exchange because the batteries from an xbox controller where out of the tiny piece of plastic. Then given attitude by the manager while taking back the item, leaving me embarrassed. Taken to another store and accepted immediately. Appalling service.

Just.to.let.you.know: The shop is permanently closed here, so don't bother travelling her if you're planning to buy something. Apart from that I had good memories collecting the Argos categories

Inside and to the right of the store as you enter from the main car park and entrance. Clean, spacious, lots of screens for finding and reviewing products in store (once Covid restrictions listed) Staff were helpful and quick and thanks to being located in Sainsbury this Argos has longer opening hours and is convenient to use when picking up shopping etc

WORST ARGOS BRANCH EVER!!! Tried to return a cat carrier, the female staff member refused me based on it having two long curly human hairs on the product and 3 days thin layer of dust (it's plastic, static attracts dust etc ffs). I was so insulted, so asked to speak to the manager, and he noticed a tiny fleck of paint missing on the metal door of the carrier, which was already there when I bought it and refused me! Very Insulted! Terrible customer service. Fortunately I got my refund from another store, so I was clearly within my consumer rights to return it, the other store accepted it with out any problems at all. DON'T COME to NORTHFIELD BRANCH IF YOU NEED A REFUND EVEN IF YOU ARE WITHIN YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS , AS THEY WILL REFUSE YOU!!!

I bought a surposed to be a new Asus laptop got home slow as hell freezing and the screen keeps going black and I found out uts called the black death screen for Asus will be returning for a full refund and not buying from here again.

I brought a tv from argos northfield and the way they were watching me wow they all left their work stations and stood together to watch me behind the desk where they give you your products then after i asked to hear the sound of the tv they couldn't because it was a demo (fair enough) then i asked to buy that certain one that's when their tune changed then the cheeky sod asked if i wanted finance haha i didn't come in with a wad of cash to ask for finance ð???
