Click and collect Asda terrible service. Give wrong and worrying information about item that?s expected and saying it?s collected and refusing to help from any department and brushing you off without at least trying to help out costumer.

I have visited this store on a number of occasions recently..unfortunately the last 2-3 occasions when I have had to ask for assistance could not find anyonewhen I did there was a cluster of 3-4 of them stood together chatting and did not notice me waiting for them to finish their discussionsthen one of them sent me in one direction..another sent me in opposite directionWhen I came back they were still talking amongst themselves I asked again and was given same instruction at which point I asked if assistance could find said item ..She went and found item anywhere but where I had been sent on both occasions this is sad when this happens

Wonderful shopping experience offered. I would have given five stars; long queue at checkout claimed one star.

I went to the Perry Barr Asda(3/11/2023)today and the gentleman that was working in the self checkouts at around 20:00 was amazing as I wasn?t feeling great and thought I was going to faint and the gentleman was really helpful scanned the items and packed my stuff up and made sure I was okay- I didn?t manage to get his name unfortunately but I just want to send a big thank you to him.

Can't believe you shut at 8pm! I'll take my money to Tesco Witton. At least that stays open till Midnight.

This is absolutely disgusting. Once again Asda Perry Barr selling out of date food! I?m actually not going to bother shopping at this branch anymore, as this is the second time this has happened within a year. They still haven?t learnt their lesson that someone could get seriously ill from their carelessness.Earlier this year, I had to alert staff because they had ?fresh? soups on the shelves that were over 2 weeks out of date and now this has happened. Regardless if this item was in the reduced, at no point should you be selling something that is 4 days out of date. This store needs a complete overhaul of all their stock ASAP because I bet there?s a lot more on their shelves that are out of date too.

Absolutely dire. I remember why I stopped shopping in store here. You can't get a trolley for love nor money. The whole car park and store trolley park were empty. On going in the store, there were no baskets either, sort it out Asda. One Stop wasn't that busy. Well done ASDA. I hopped the 907 bus and went to Lidl instead.

A little bit disappointed.I went to Asda to buy something hot from the hot food counter. All the food was boxed up. I was unable to mix and match.I had to buy a box of peri peri thighs for £4.00 but I didn?t really want a box full. I just wanted a couple along with a couple of hot wings but was unable to.I?m not going there again.Real shame that this is how they do things now.

Great place to stop for all your essentials and bit and bots. This is the weekly go to for me and everyone is the locality. Busy at all times and unfortunately access has become considerably worse due to the new road layout "improvements". Still a go to for me and many others as this asda has items not stocked in other stores

Shocking poor customer service level at this particular Asda store. I would give Asda One Stop 0 stars, if I was able to!This all starts when I goto collect an Asda online order which ends up being faulty, so immediately speak with customer service on the phone, who tell me to take the faulty item back to a store. So the fault, is Asdas, because they are clearly unable to quality control check an item before selling it, but I'm the one being inconvenienced. So, I take the time out of my work day to correct their mistake and take it to One Stop. I was thinking, that the worst of this saga is behind me, I'm amazed by the inconsiderate customer service staff (and it's always the same one particular member of staff) decides that the box which I left open to show them their flaw in the product required to be closed and sealed. Now, I don't know whether this customer service member thinks everyone carries cello tape in their pocket, but we don't! Her attitude was dismissive, rude and plain out miserable. We asked her for some tape to seal at the till but apparently they don't have cello tape in One Stop Asda to seal a box.A word to Asda corporate, please make every effort to put your best foot forward, not the one that's going to cause a stink for your reputation!

Selling out-of-date food, be careful!
