Opening hours really limited. It's not as if there is no demand. You have shut the branch in rubery.\\nA year ago it got 2 stars! So done pretty well to go down to 1 star. Closed on a Tuesday!!! With limited opening hours still in place you compound this by shutting for a day. Shocking!!

If I could give this bank 0 stars I would as much use as a chocolate teapot, most of the staff are rude and need retraining. The opening times are rediculous , also why move from Northfield high street where the elderly can get to easier, to a place where there?s no bus stops outside . Bloody money as always

The opening hours changing randomly is still happening and ludicrous. ?Due to covid? well everyone else can manage and so can other banks.\\n\\nMaybe this branch only wants to cater to people that don?t work?

Impossible to know when this branch is open, times change almost weekly. Do they think that everyone is still working from home. A jolly good way to loose customers, especially as all the other branches nearby are closed too.

Thank you for wasting my time Barclays! I have counted and bagged my money, filled all of the paper work in and put it all in a drop and go bag all it needs is a stamp in the book. This is obviously too much for the 3 members of staff in the branch as they are too busy telling me i cant put money into the bank...what an absolute joke, utter disgrace! Why can you put money into a bank? Is that really too much to ask? This was for work but i am so fed up i am going to close all of my personal accounts with Barclays as well.....sort it out Barclays....you are an utter shambles! Only put one star as you cant put any worse.

The staff are always helpful and pleasant this branch by far is my favourite.\\nThroughout the pandemic I've still managed to do my banking and the social distancing and hygiene requirements have been spot on, welldone to all staff..

As this is my local branch i went there to get some bank statements.The machine inside wasnt working so after queing i got to the counter to she a member of staff. After explaining about the machine the staff member in question tried to print some off for me, but i could see she was in a mood about doing that. The system was down apparently and i agreed to her request as i was on the system she would send statements out by post. The 22nd of feb 2018 was the date i went to the branch and still havent received any. I called barclays direct and received some thurs 15th march. Very poor customer service barclays rubery thanks for the delay you caused me in getting my mortgage deal.
