Major was really friendly and went the extra mile to help with viewings, given I was traveling from elsewhere and wanted to fit in as many as possible in one day. Would strongly recommend, thank you so much!

So smooth and quick. Viewing was organised very well, no groups viewing so get full attention of the agent. Any questions it?s easy and quick communicate . Agency was very efficient and got response from the owner in 30min not like other agencies waiting for 5-10 days.. the agent which did a tour to my friends ( for me ) was great and even sent me a video of diff property. Thank you so much for sorting me out!

I am editing my review as I am being threatened with legal proceedings and bombarded with emails . This is an account of what happened: 1. Major Mahil showed me 3 flats over a 2 week period . I asked if the one we had booked to view was smaller than the others and he turned on me calling me a time waster 2. When looking at property we were a group herded in and out with no time to look properly or ask questions before the next ? group? was shown 3 . I called about a flat that has been let ( was unaware at the time ) was told if I paid more rent we could discuss . 4. I offended Mr Mahil and was asked to apologise and withdraw my review . I said I would get back to him pending advice and 30 mins later he threatened me with a lawsuit with people he ?has known 20 years ? . These threats and inability to act professionally has effected me so I will also be seeking advice

Unprofessional and not respecting people. I had a view and who made the view for me was very rude with me and treated me in very bad way, I didn?t understand if this disrespect or discrimination but absolutely if it was for free i will not take it. I called the company and let them know what happened no one even apologized to me for being treated in this way. Not recommended at all, very disappointed experience.

I purchased my property through Belvoir (Major specifically), and had such an easy and pleasant transaction that I chose to sell the property with them years down the line. I would highly recommend Major and his team. Competitive prices and great, personal service.

I?ve had one of the worst experience of my life with them. I moved for a year in one of their apartments that had mould. I had to wait and beg for 5 months to have someone to clean it and my flatmate got a severe allergy to mould do to their negligence. We ended the contract earlier with a notice of one month in advance. They are saying our deposit will be taken as we did not give any notice and because ?there was no sign of mould? (we ourselves cleaned the apartment as much as we could). One of the employees told us that there will be no deduction from our deposit but now they?re saying the exact opposite. From experience, do not rent anything with them :). Save your time and money.

(2023/03/27)Tenancy agreement signed, so far so good. Although there surely were some issues during the 1st week, all seemed to be moving in a correct direction with a reasonable pace thanks to young but professional managers Reiss and Reuben. I will keep updating my reviews as time goes by.(2023/02/22)Major Mahil is a great director. Kind and patient, always ready to answer your questions during the viewings. Maintaining good public relations is the key in this industry. Unfortunately, a lot of young agencies do not seem to understand that.Due to the high demand of the property, I may not be their future tenant. Whatever the result is, I'm looking forward to future chances with Major.

Really good experience being a tennant in Handsworth BirminghamOn time customer serviceWe had a mould issue in the property which was taken very seriously and acted upon immediately and all steps taken to prevent and remove mould. Any other maintenance issue we reported was responded in timely manner and adequate actions taken.Property manger Dylan , Reuben were really on spot. The service provided by major (belvoir) was absolutely outstanding from my first conversation I had with him to the moment I received my keys. Do NOT deal with this agency. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I let a property through them and it was in a very dirty state when I moved in; when we questioned this their manager proceeded to verbally abuse and shout at us and refused to help with any way. He was the most intimidating and horrible person I have met in my entire life. They then charged us for cleaning at the end of the tenancy when we left it in a much better state than when we moved in. The fire alarms did not work when we moved in which is a massive safety issue, and overall the whole letting experience was really disappointing. We did not try to take the issues further as the so called manager is quite frankly terrifying and clearly has some serious anger issues. I am very happy to have finally wiped my hands of this agency; please do not make the same mistake we made and avoid avoid AVOID letting any property through them.

After a disappointing experience with Connells Estate Agents, for which they apologised for ( did not inform me of when viewing where available despite registering, home ended up being let) I was back on the renting market to find a home. I found one at close proximity to the city centre offered by Belvoir Birmingham Central.I found their service efficient and with their self-service viewing registration. I found myself the next day viewing the property with Mr Mahil, who showcased the apartment to me.Every stage from viewing the property to being handled the keys has been a pleasant experience. Despite the few minor maintenance issues which are duly being sorted out by Assistant Property Manager Dylan Symonds-Roberts. I?ll recommend using Belvoir Birmingham Central if you require finding a home in the City.

I made an enquiry with Dylan at Belvoir regarding our electricity meter reading as we were struggling to read it ourselves. He contacted the building maintenance manager and we had the reading within a week. Dylan was professional and efficient throughout and I must say it was very refreshing to deal with someone who was so helpful.

A team of amazing people!!Firstly, any time i phone up or email I am always greeted with a personal touch. Amazing customer service by everyone there!! Great people to deal with. I had an issue and I just wanted advice and for someone I could discuss it with, with patience and time i was assisted and honestly I felt at ease!! The team are brilliant ? so impressed!
