“Went to halfords to buy auto glym headlight restoration kit. The member of staff I was served by Went out of his way to help me and I also saved a fiver on the item because I recently joined the halfords motoring club which was a bonus. Cannot speak highly enough of the member of staff who served me so excellent service. I would definitely recommend halfords Bordesley green branch. Birmingham. “Came in because my pushchair was broken & jolting forwards wirh mh little girl in which was becoming really scary. Danni was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly & kind & she had all the time for us. She was happy to talk to us about the type of pushchairs I liked and worked with our budget too. She went up to the warehouse and then came back wirh 2 options and had found us a cheaper one which was exactly the same and asked if I'd like that one and then set it up for us so I could put my baby straight in it and use it right away. She really was wonderful. Her colleague Serena was really nice too and also helped make sure baby girl was comfortable in the pushchair too. Made an anxious mums time so much easier and will always be grateful!”

“I ordered some car cleaning items online and I went to selly oak store I was in and out within 5 minutes the only thing I can pull the store up on is that there was a quee behind me and the gentleman at the till had to go to get my order so it left no one at the till but that could be down to short staff”

“Needed some trainers as my old ones had slit right across the bottom, was going to go to shoe zone, but went into sports direct to have a look, found a pair of nice Slazegers, half price, so paid just a couple of more pounds than I would have at shoe zone!! Staff was pleasant and helpful.”

Manager girl seemed extremely moody for someone working in the uks best store. If i was her i’d cry everyday out of happiness. An asian boy with glasses and another black guy with a bald head absolutely amazing help. Till staff with beard and glasses even sold me the best carrier bag alive. Might let my son use it as his school bag. Nike t shirts extremely short my belly was hanging out the bottom. if they have any vacancies i’d quit my job to work here! forget spending money on a holiday to spain, save it and come and spend in this gem of perry barr. i reckon this is the reason they got to host the commonwealth games here.
