I only dropped a visit seeking a gift for my mummy. The sales person immediately got to his feet and came to assist me. Before giving any review about the product, what I really liked about this shop the high standard of customer care and relation. The place was clean and the jewellry display were outstanding and so attracting. All that motivated me to return to this shop again if I decided to buy anything. The sales person didn't miss giving me the business card to contact the shop if I had any question or request. If you think to buy any jewellry with quality, I'd recommend this one.

We have had several pieces designed and made by Bond Jewellery. Jamie is always genuinely enthusiastic and excited about watching our ideas come together! The team work so hard to source the perfect diamonds for your budget- never pushing for you to spend more like other businesses do! I bought my girlfriend (now fiancé) an engagement ring from Bond and it was such a great experience from beginning to end. The entire process was conducted over instagram and it really was a trust exercise. I?m glad to say it paid off and they absolutely nailed the ring design. It?s everything I could have ever wished for and my girlfriend is over the moon. I asked and I received. I cannot recommend them enough and if you?re reading this review, don?t hesitate, they will make sure you leave as happy as me.

Had the best experience with Bond Jewellers! Exceptional service start to finish. We purchased both mine and my husbands wedding ring from Bond Jewellers and the results were better then we could have hoped for and more! It was one of the first shops we went to and we were so confident in their knowledge and craftsmanship, we didn?t feel the need to look elsewhere. We designed a bespoke engagement ring with the help of Jamie, who really supported our creativity and vision whilst also adding his own flare & expertise! Extremely professional with the use of wax models and CAD drawings. Jamie and the team were so generous with their time and knowledge, they made sure they achieved nothing short of perfection. My experience purchasing an engagement ring from Bond could not have been any better! Jamie?s level of customer service, attention to detail, and communication style cannot be beaten. I felt so comfortable and at ease during the whole process, and he even brought a little bit of theatre and magic at the end. I recently set-out searching for an engagement ring for my partner. As a complete novice, I stumbled across Bond given the store?s elegant and high quality appearance. Dealing with the staff was no different. Ruena from Bond assisted me from start to end, talking me through the process, the four C?s and making me feel at complete ease (despite the gravity of the decision in hand!) Ruena made herself available on multiple occasions, booking multiple appointments until the point that I landed on my chosen ring. Without Ruena?s assistance and guidance, this decision would have been much more difficult and stressful. Thank you, Ruena.

We visited the Jewellery Quarter in 2022 to look for an engagement ring and nothing stood out until we came across Bond where I saw 'The One' in the windowThe service we received from Jamie and Ruena was second to none and my dream ring was re-sized within a couple of hours. I adore it and still can't believe I am the owner of such a beautiful ring.So fast forward to 2023 and it was a no brainer....we went back to Bond for our wedding bands and received such a warm welcome, they remembered us which was so lovely!!Jamie created the most beautiful wedding band for me which matches my engagement ring perfectly and a gorgeous band for my husband to be. He also engraved them for us and the the engraving is outstanding.Jamie has also made me a bespoke pendant and earrings which match my engagement ring and the most stunning diamond bracelet which I'm absolutely over the moon with.So the the moral of the story is....go to Bond! Jamie is such a lovely down to earth guy and is so passionate about creating the diamonds you have always dreamed of.Thankyou Jamie, from the bottom of our hearts ?

Fantastic bespoke experience here collecting our ring. Ruena was super helpful and gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted whilst providing us with key information in helping to make our final decision. Bond made my purchase of my partners engagement ring a thoroughly enjoyable, stress free, easy process.I wouldn?t of been able to pick out the most perfect ring without the help from Ruena and Jamie who were both incredibly helpful and accommodating. We will both certainly be back to purchase wedding rings in the near future.

We bought our ring from here. Within a few months the stone came loose. The service we received was quick and empathetic. A few months later it came loose again. Again advised to bring it in. However as we're conscious this was a recurring theme we wanted to understand why.The feedback was more accusational. I.e the ring had been hit or caught. (which hadn't been the case). It got to the point where it was even recommended that the ring is not wore to bed.It's disappointing to think the lack of quality craftmanship leads to someone having to remove their ring in a large portion of their activities.Obviously there was the suggestion that the ring may need to be altered but ultimately this would change the design.We had planned to get the matching wedding band to the ring but we're not sure we can rely on the product being of good enough quality, sadlyPlease send where I need to send the information to.
