Very rude & abrupt service. Place seems disorganized despite the fact there were no customers and they didn?t appear to be busy. Waited a long time to be served. Almost felt an inconvenience whilst in store. Staff very surly and unhelpful. Will use Knights Pharmacy a few doors down in future.

Never answer their phone, which makes finding out if they have stock of your prescription. Avoid using their pharmacy it is terrible and they have no interest in customer service

Needed help to prove I had paid for my medication and Gemma went above and beyond to help me great service . The store really needs Air Conditioning come on Boots look after your staff and the customers

If I could give a negative rating, I would give -5 stars to this pharmacy and I strongly advise avoiding it. The customer service is extremely poor, starting with the pharmacist on duty and ending with her assistant. Moreover, their level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. It is no surprise to me that this particular Boots has the worst reviews in the area.I am disappointed to share my unpleasant experience at this pharmacy located in Birmingham (11 Alvechurch Rd, B31 3JP). I went to buy a specific product, Sudafed Sinus Pressure & Pain, but the pharmacist on duty, Nebula, and her assistant refused to sell it to me. They claimed that the product was not suitable for me since my partner had purchased a different box of Sudafed (Sudafed Sinus Max) the day before. When I tried to explain that the product she had recommended contained an ingredient to which I am allergic, Paracetamol, Nebula (the pharmacist) just ignored me and walked away from the counter, leaving me stranded in the middle of the pharmacy with her assistant and other unhappy customers. I also asked for the manager in charge, but this was refused by the pharmacist's assistant, who cited the manager's absence as the reason and was unhelpful in any other way. It is frustrating to receive such poor customer service from a business that I trusted to provide me with the medication I need.

Avoid at all costs, not enough staff, never seem have the stock for a basic prescription which means a trip back,Never enough staff on and don't understand how to pick up the phone when you call them, it's old fashioned and unwelcoming feels like you are walking into chemist from the 90s

Popped in today to make a purchase, nine people in front of me took a good ten mins to get served,Not enough staff on and they all seemed very stressed outI've made decision not to use this place again that's how bad its got

Avoid. Staff seemed to be having an absolute meltdown when I got my prescription. It was quite an awkward atmosphere.I've since received a letter from NHS penalty charges saying I claimed a free prescription when I didn't. I had to send them a bank statement to prove I paid for it. Fortunately they accepted this, otherwise it's a £100 fine. Their response was "Speak to your pharmacy directly to question why this prescription was submitted to us without showing your payment."I would say double check you've filled out your prescription properly, but I know that I did. So I think this is a mistake on the chemists behalf.Obviously too short staffed which is causing mistakes.

I don't understand how a retail business in 2023 closes for lunch !I understand they can't give out prescriptions, while a pharmacy is on lunch, but this is poor customer service if you just want to buy something ?

Purchased liquorice all-sorts click and collect when opened parcel it had skin toner inside instead rang customer services immediately told out of stock but can have a refund not much consolation first time I have used Boots online will not be recommending

I?ve give three stars from my review, as they gave me my prescription in a timely manner, unfortunately the lady serving behind the counter is a very negative rude lady. Was extremely rude to the customer before me, with no customer service even though the customer in front of me was very friendly and just trying to get their prescription some people need to check themselves and remember that we are all human beings, this lady needs to remember life is short and be more happy

Just seems chaotic in there, staff don?t seems trained at all, waited 40mins while they served 2 earlier customers before I was able to finally pick up prescription !

Older woman has attitude especially if you correct her, and she dosnt like taking people in order they came in shop ,likes to serve older folks first regardless , not the first time this happened, maybe if they short staffed they should actually try hiring more staff ...and not use that as an excuse for poor service, still been stood 30 min now and not got what I came In for a prescriptionthat doctors did last last Wednesday and now its following monday. Maybe try using knights pharmacy next door in future they seem to always have staff and are very friendly.
