I can?t believe they close for an hour at lunch! How lovely for them. Does everyone there work full time??? Are they all entitled to an hours lunch??? Can they not stagger lunch times??? It seems like their priority is to themselves and not to the community they serve (and how they make their money). What about the people who work full time and can sneak away on their lunch break??? What provision is put in place for them???

Absolutely disgusting service. I wanted to know if my prescription was ready & could not get through. It would ring out then when I tried to call back it would be engaged. For an hour I tried. They answered the phone once then immediately put the phone down! Terrible service and will not be using this chemist again.

Closing for lunch is not good. People are free to nip in and collect?Ques of people outside while you guys are on lunch break?? surely a rota can be sorted so one member of staff can hang fire & complete orders.

Middle aged lady assistant, non committal when l went to pick up a prescription shuffled into the rear of the shop, came out with a dazed look, gave me prescription back said not in stock try another pharmacy.This was after my GP had sent the prescription to the pharmacy 48 hrs earlier.Tried a week later same woman same response.New prescription week later, same response another assistant took over, very efficient took the prescription said call back in half an hour.The head of human resources mead to check on staff training at this branch.

BE AWARE THEY ARE CLOSED FROM 1pm to 2pm for lunch and shop closes at 1pm on SaturdaysFriendly and helpful staff, usual Boots prescriptions and special offers, very convenient parking.

Cannot deal with the working hours of this chemist! Closes 12-1 and then Saturday its open 9-1! May as well not open at all on a Saturday. The hours only work for you if you are elderly or unemployed.

Customer service varies on availability of certain medicines in terms of prescriptions but advice is good. Don't agree about having a max of 2 people in chemist. Apart from that service is good

Disgusting service. Can't even provide prescriptions properly. The staff need sacking and the Asian lady has no sense. She is so selfish she would rather eat her lunch then serve me after I waited 40 minutes without her doing her job properly

Went there today to pick up prescription(Saturday) got there 2 minutes to 1 the door was locked the staff just looked. Not a happy bunny at the moment ????this place has really gone down hill.
