Needed to shade-match a foundation and concealer I saw online. Iqra served me, and her dedication to helping me was outstanding. She is knowledgeable about make-up and helped me find my perfect shade, and also gave me some tips on how to make my foundation last all day. I came in with a makeup inquiry the other day and one of the girls named Rowada (?) really helped me with finding the products that I was looking for, she was really sweet and professional in finding what works for me. She really took her time in finding the makeup I wanted and even gave suggestions as to what would suit me the best. I walked out feeling confident in what I had bought all thanks to her. Thank you so much!

No customer service offered! I picked an item from the shelf, wanted advice on another product. Told to simply go to a different area of the store to pay at the self service tills. No option. Only seem interested in taking money. I did not purchase the item and won't return.

So I walked in wanting a new Full Coverage Foundation I made it clear to the lady at the Lancome desk that I wanted Full Coverage, obviously she was going to tell me to purchase the Lancome as she was on that counter, they did not have my shade available so I told her that I used Estee Lauder previously as that was full coverage. I said to her can you help me with that Foundation or not she said yes she told me about Bobbi Brown that they have a reddish undertone so we went over to the Ester Lauder counter (no one was on that stand so she helped me) and she gave me the foundation called Fawn, I came home and it made my face look so white. She tried a small bit on my jaw. I have now wasted £40, and its medium coverage not full. Honestly they just put anything on you now I can't return it. They call themselves makeup artistsx more like clowns

Just popped in to Boots to buy my husband some birthday aftershave and has the pleasure of meeting and being helped by Goldie. What a legend. Helpful, warm and knowledgeable, she helped me choose a gorgeous Givenchy fragrance for him. I?ll be back soon for the ladies perfume ?

Disgusting behaviour of the staff and the manager.The shop is supposed to be close at 8pm which means the customers are allowed to shop by 8pm.Today I went to boots at 7:53pm, the moment I entered the shop, the security said the store has been closed now. I pleased them to get inside by saying I know what I need to by and what shade it is.All the staff said no even the manager said you can?t buy now.But then they ALLOWED me to get inside and buy it soon. They should be welcoming and should be thankful that the customer is coming to their store in spite of going to other stores. That too when the customer came before the closing time.By this time I had like 6 mins to take what I want. One of the staff member followed me on my head. Seeing what I needed to buy and was like take it and I said I?m confused in 2 colours and I need to try them. She said you knew what you want to buy right.But that?s not the way of treating the customer. They should be treated properly and give them few moments to decide. That too when I still had time before the closing.I picked up a shade in hurry because she was on my HEAD.When I went to the till, the girl asked for advantage card because I wanted student discount. I apparently didn?t had it, but instead of solving the problem, they were just on HEAD to close the store soon.All this happened in just a fraction of few mins.I left the store in like not even 4 mins. And they closed the shutters.Basically the store closed before 8. The staff was in hurry to go back home. And because of this they were extremely rude to me.

There was no staff to help us, summer day I. August it was way too hot in the store the air conditioning wasn?t on. The que for the tills where massive and only one staff member on. There was another person but kept going to get something that wasn?t to do with any customer. Rubbish all over the floor very disappointing no wonder they going down.
