Have always loved Boots. Go there for all of my beauty products. Only 4 stars as like many other stores, have resorted to self checkouts. Not good. Lucky for shoplifters, no doubt, as security is not that good there either. Such a pity.

I think self serve tills just installed, really held up customers, I had to wait extra time for my order, assistant could not leave new tills, hope it will get better.

I like this store a lot. Shame, they are not able to dispense prescriptions, but as a retired member of staff I understand the reasons.
