Really helpful with my sons glasses, always go above and beyond to help and make him feel at ease. Staff there are so welcoming and very lovely always a smile on their faces and very helpful. Thank you all at boots you all have been very helpful.

Super friendly and helpful staff! I?ve always had good experiences with Boots Opticians, having been to three or four different branches, but after going for an eye test at the Kings Heath branch, I received the most communicative and helpful appointment I have ever had! My optician was wonderful, very kind, let me know exactly what she was going to do before she did it etc, and the team were very helpful in offering advice while I was picking out new frames. On the contact lens reward plan, new glasses are very affordable, and so I couldn?t fault my trip!

The optician we see regularly is so genuine & polite, puts my daughter at ease each time we visit. She?s extremely professional & her advice was so appreciated as I required my first set of glasses. She was patient & advised what would suit my facial features & did not hesitate to be honest if a frame did not suit rather than try to make me spend a fortune. I did choose a designer frame which was what I wanted & she ensured I had the best above all else. I?d never go to another optician in Birmingham.

The staff at Boots opticians demonstrated excellent customer service. I was listened to and helped throughout my visit and I felt I was offered the best advice based on my requirements. I felt a thorough exam was taken and various options discussed and recommended for me.

First time using boots after years of using specsavers .Went to Boots on the high street in kings heath and can honestly say it was a pleasure , the two ladies working the front of the shop were very pleasant and lovely to deal with, I had my eye test and I can honestly say it was the best eye test I have ever been to , the lady optometrist took her time and explained everything and it was so much better than what I have been used to at specsavers .I had my 2 yearly eye test done and will definitely be using boots again.Cannot fault anything , it was all excellent.
