Boots Meal deal price at New St station is now the same as that at an Airport, £4.99. Not sure if this is now the 'new norm' for railway locations, but loads of food left in the fridge, mid afternoon.

I've always had excellent customer service in boots it's one of my favorite shops. Unfortunately not today had a rude snobby aggressive lady shout me down over a sandwich I was unaware boots forced they're customers to but almost out of date sandwiches instead of selecting what they want. I prefer to buy my lunches the day before so it makes sence for me to choose a sandwich that's not expiring the same day I buy it the rude woman spike to me like she was speaking to filth very disgusting . Please teach your employees how to talk to customers boots. Very disappointed.

There is zero point to this store. Never ever any staff unreliable self checkouts that permanently go wrong and no staff to sort it. The amount of people I've seen just walk out leaving the stuff behind is unbelievable. Do everyone a favour boots and close this joke off a store down and let a proper retailer open in its place.

A store where you can find cosmetics, food, health and technological accessories. It is located in the train station. The store has a rather small space compared to other boots stores. A good option to meet your practical needs during the journey. When you have a good look, you can see it in the discounted opportunity products.

I sometimes go in there to buy a meal deal for lunch, the staff in their are friendly but the security guard with an African accent working there was incredibly rude as he stopped me because of a free bag and then kept repeating saying do you not understand in a loud and rude tone which made me feel very uncomfortable.

My daughter bought coronation chicken wrap from Boots Chemist,yogurt and drink18,04,23.She had severe food poisoning.Kept on vomiting due to food.
