Friendly and welcoming staff, I would definitely recommend the store! Especially if you?re like me and aren?t sure on your sizing. The team then went out of their way to transfer a bikini over from another store, when it had sold out online - thank you very much for your help!!

Lovely underwear and swimwear and pyjamas .Was quite surprised that there was larger sizes available as I'm an e cup so struggle sometimes. Was quieter than I expected on a bankholiday but always prefer to shop early and avoid the crowds .

Went into the Birmingham Boux store a couple of months ago whilst on a trip to the city for some nightwear. Members of staff were great and very helpful in helping me pick up some beautiful nightwear and also some on sale too. A satin teddy, camisole set and chemise all from the Maisie range. Very happy with their choices for me.

Really disappointed with Boux Avenue Birmingham. I was visiting Birmingham and bought two pyjamas in a bag - got home from my visit and although the bag said size 8 when I opened it the pyjamas bottoms were a size 12 and the top a size 6... neither of which I can wear. Your staff should check the sizes at the till to avoid this error happening again.

Can Boux Avenue get any better? Went in to the shop yesterday to get my daughter some pjs for Christmas, the ones I wanted were not available in the shop in my chosen size, the store assistant got some ordered with free delivery and 20% off, they were delivered today, my daughter and I love Boux Avenue, the quality is brilliant and the prices are good.??

I went in for a bra fitting, they don?t measure your bra by measurements they just hand you a bra that they think suits which isn?t the best way I believe. I did leave the shop with a bra, but I think it?s best to go Marks and Spencer?s for a bra fitting to get fitted properly.
