2nd March very rude brunette member of staff (wearing North face Tshirt) clearly didn't want to be there. Just quit love. The rest of the staff very pleasant and yes it's a demanding job being in an airport..

Nice, friendly service. The coffee was hot and tasted good. Like the fact that you can use tastecard to get a 25% discount on all barista-prepared. drinks.

I used this Nero twice in the past month awaiting to check in and I found the coffee and service great. Make my waiting time less boring. ???

I hate Birmingham Airport. It is undeniably the worst airport I have used in the UK.The Caffè Nero in Birmingham Airport is the best Caffè Nero I have been in, and it?s all down to one man. Standard airport mitigations like paper cups etc. But we attended Caffè Nero to get our coffees using our free voucher from vitality, and the service we received was as if we had put in an order or £20,000 of stuff. I have rarely in the UK encountered a staff member so genuine and friendly. Our coffees were well (and lovingly) made and we even overheard him gently persuading a colleague to go above and beyond in her interaction.I wish I had go his name, as he really was a ray of sunshine before the utter horror of the BHX security farce. I hope he gets a promotion, because he conveys a sense that he loves serving members of the public, and as someone that deals with members of the public on a daily basis I have nothing but awe for that.

Staff are friendly enough. Bought tomato and basil soup which no longer comes with bread. It used to come with a bread roll. The soup was stone cold. Lemon cake was nice. I was really disappointed by the soup.

Absolutely disgusting experience ?As approaching to cash desk, two waitresses was too busy to gossiping.Been judged by cover when had only a bottle of water on my hand however, as soon they realised i had a big order to made the expression Was changed.All my family members was surprised how still in 2023 in the uk people judge by colore and culture.

Limited staff and service is slow. Could do with a larger searing area. The airport is in general very limited for seating.
