Love coming here in the evening after work and watching the world go by. Coffee is always good. Much prefer Cafe Nero to other brands.

Disappointing, usually the deserts/pastries are nice, but bought 3 x Pan au chocolates for a car journey and they were clearly cheap supermarket pastries. They has practically no chocolate inside and had that cheap fluff pastry inside - worth 50p and spent £6 on them. Feel robbed. If I wasn?t already driving they would have been returned to store.

Dirty tables, toilets without loo roll and staff in a bad mood especially the blonde lady with black glasses.Advice to staff, if you?re in a bad mood. Go home and find somewhere else.

Great cafe in a beautiful location. Staff are always quick with your order and the prices are reasonable for what you get. Plenty of seating inside and outside the cafe and plenty of options for drinks and food.

Met with friends from an autism online group. Place was noisy and found it hard to hear people talk.I asked lady for toilet key and she directed me to the counter staff. I asked at the counter and was told that the key was "over there" pointing to the end of the counter. She said this with some degree of attitude. In the moment I wanted to clarify where she ment as I glanced where she pointed and could not spot them, she said again "over there" with attitude.I made my way to end of counter and could not see the key and asked again because I didn't want to mess with their blue paper towels and cleaning stuff as they not mine. She again pointed with a snotty attitude and said "there!!! Under the blue towel" I felt a bit stupid from how she said it and lifted the towel that was covering it and saw the key and said to her "how am I supposed to see it under a towel". It upset me to be honest, her attitude, do I left the key and sat down. What ever bad day she was having, she didn't need to come across like that to me. As a person with autism I find it hard at times to approach people for things and when I feel a block in the communication like I did that day I find it harder. She could of easily just got the key for me and passed it too me with a smile.

Plant Based Range - Good range of plant based (PB) milks with a few PB food options.Service - staff at this branch are consistently discourteous and unpleasant to interact with, not like other Cafe Nero locations.Coffee - had better!Location - good with many other cafes to choose from (Costa, Pret & Starbucks).

Popped in for a takeaway iced latte. Service was quick and had no wait at all, despite the cafe being very busy. Drink was usual high standard.
