Donated four bags of clothes and shoes today. Very friendly volunteer, added gift aid and the shop seemed well organised and fresh with some window displays of vintage outfits. I didn't notice the pricing but the shop will have to cover overheads on a town centre location. Plenty of sales on at other shops if you don't want your money to go to a charitable cause!

I love all Charity shops and appreciate the hard work the volunteers put in. However my husband and I went in today and the smell was terrible. Could you please ensure that people only donate washed clothes?.Sorry to say we had to get out as soon as possible.

Super friendly staff!! The manager was lovely as were the 2 volunteers. Doesn't feel like your typical Cancer Research shop which I enjoyed. Pricing seemed a little inconsistent at times but there were still lots of great items at reasonable prices. Definitely worth a visit

Lovely charity shop got some good stuff in there but I find most things there too expensive which is a shane as it's a nice shop and I don't think it's fair to have things so overpriced so high.

Quite nice. They have quite a lot of things. The price of clothes was a bit too expected in my opinion (20£ for a windshell jacket) but books were really reasonable. Staff was friendly.

I was planning on doing a charity shop day in Birmingham while my husband was a a conference this, wasn?t planning on going here as a seen the reviews it being over priced? but ended up walking past so decided to have a look. Unfortunately they were correct, after quick browse was obvious it was waaaay too pricey. And it so stuffed full because obviously not moving the stock. Moved on to much better places at King Heath.

I came to Birmingham for the weekend with boots that were getting sore by the end of the first day. Found the perfect pair of boots and saved my feet. Made a new friend too. Staff very friendly. Best shopping experience ever.

Always make a point of visiting this store, recently added a vintage section. Some nice pre-loved items on display.Only negative is, store has become quite difficult to navigate. Rails tightly packed in, but understand why did to pressures of running a store in the city centre, budget must be very high.

Went in today, was looking at a dress and a rude female staff member with purple hair come along and pushed the clothes on the rail to the left side, so I lost where I got up to. I started to find where I got up to and she snatched the dress off me and put it in a different place when I was actually going to buy the dress and wasnt finished! In the end I didn't buy a thing because of how rude she was. I also over heard her being rude to another customer. She seemed like the manager there aswell. Needs to step down a peg or two with the way she's going around the shop because she creates an awful atmosphere!!

This charity shop charging absurd prices and they should to swap to vintage boutique shop business as often you could see primark bobbled t-shirts tags more than they cost new..charity shops should be affordable and reasonable priced ..But their stock sitting on shelves unsold for months as massively overpriced ..

Recently the prices here have massively increased and nearly everything is overpriced. Consequently the shop is crammed full of stock that isn't selling and so no new stuff to browse. The 'vintage' section is terrible with a primark blouse priced at £7.50! I used to get something nearly every week, and now I haven't bought anything for months.
