“Very thorough. I thought it was great fun, like being in outer space or somewhere, it was all very new to me, I was the passenger so I don't get to use these places very often, not being a driver. Simple things please simple minds! I can highly recommend this place.”

“Friendly helpful staff, disability assistance means I can notify staff I need fuel via the app before going so when I arrive I just use the app to tell them which pump in at and someone comes out to help me fill up and take payment.Fantastic service, well worth paying a few pennies per liter more for fuel.Clean, well stocked store and multiple other services available.”

“Lovely guy on the night shift saved my bacon when I was running on empty... All the pumps had been tagged as sold out but he let me try all the pumps to see if I could get enough petrol to get home. Super helpful, thanks so much!”

“This petrol station is conveniently located on washwood heath road. It has a car wash, and air and water stations. There is an onsite shop for small item shopping and it is a parcel pickup and return point. The staff are friendly but not my regular fill up place as better petrol prices are on offer nearby.”

“Great petrol station. For being a Shell the prices are not high compared to others which is nice to see. They’re pretty much in line with all the other petrol stations in the area, sometimes even being the cheapest. They have a toilet and good facilities. I always go here for the VPower as my car needs it”

“Staff are polite and friendly the entrance is slippery always the tiles are so old any water and its slippery and you fall. The place never has pisobable gloves. And the prices are one off the most expensive prices in birmingam literally confuses me to the left its 10p cheaper and to the right 10 p cheapest and they are both the same petrol.company. lol but all the locals go there. Bit annoying at night you get boys parking up in the forecourt and smoking in the cars. Not the smartest off boys could not pick a much better place to sit in the car and smoke.”

“1. Petrol is expensive but I am sure it is best quality as a lot of taxi guys say that. 2. Not a huge variety of daily goods compared to other off road fuel station. 3. They need 3 shifts of toilet cleaning at least. 4. Overall staff (except night guy) is jolly and helpful. Manager even takes back opened items, id customer not satisfied.. 5. No place to stand for night customers as it has no shade.. so a BIG Thumbs down..”

“Known locally as the BP on Barnes Hill , has easy access from Barnes Hill and Alwold Road. Whilst the fuel station shop ,and encorporated Subway food bar , are open 7.30am to 10pm seven days a week, the fuel payment hatch is open 24 hours a day and the cashier gets non-fuel items from the closed shop out of hours. This can cause ques if you're waiting to pay for fuel and pedestrian shoppers are buying from the only late night shop for some distance. Bear in mind there is usually only one cashier and they have to walk into the shop to pick up shoppers orders. All in all I think they do a great job under difficult circumstances. The site also offers a 24 hour Cashpoint. During daytime shop hours a car wash, a jet wash and a toilet.”
