“Don't know what's happened to the Card Factory just lately, it seems to not have a very good choice of Birthday cards, could be due to COVID-19 They do however have lovely items for both sex marriage's, which I did buy for a friend and her partner. Would go back as staff are both helpful and friendly.”

“The cards are usually a step up on the discount shops .I personally prefer it but I can imagine that a lot of people might find it too expensive for cards.The shop in Tamworth is good in my opinion.Lots of choice and not just for cards.”

“Card Factory in Harborne - absolutely fantastic service. I needed some party balloons for my twin girls birthday and the service I received was second to none. The staff actually took the stress away as the party I am having is rather large so they catered from picking the balloons to the table designs! Would definitely recommend The Card Factory for any event. Thankyou in particular to Tracy - who really went out of her way to make the event even more memorable now!”
