Terrible experience, I was there on my birthday and was nothing but patient and nice. I needed balloons inflated, they popped the first and then the helium "ran out". I was treated like an imposition and annoyance, I waited 10-15 minutes for them to change the tank, the staff member was shouting and swearing trying to change it. I was issued a refund after waiting and then my mom heard a hiss from behind the till. That's where a lady who was in the shop came up to us and said that they had whispered to each other to wait until i was gone and that the helium was working. When I walked past the shop again not 2 minutes later they were inflating many balloons. I just feel like the staff were rude and had no reason to treat me like that, to embarrass me and refuse me service.

Card Factory in Harborne - absolutely fantastic service. I needed some party balloons for my twin girls birthday and the service I received was second to none. The staff actually took the stress away as the party I am having is rather large so they catered from picking the balloons to the table designs! Would definitely recommend The Card Factory for any event. Thankyou in particular to Tracy - who really went out of her way to make the event even more memorable now!

Very reasonably priced for a large various cards of all different types and sizes. The gifts can be a little over priced sometimes but I only ever go in for cards and paper etc.

Decent place for cards and wrapping for all occasions. Was a bit crowded considering Covid.

A fairly nice shop they do have a section of cards that are 10 for a pound other than that I find the cards and other products can be quite expensive
