Bought personalised chocolate and paid for delivery, altogether costing £16.But when the chocolates arrived, they were not worth the price. Very poor quality.Stick to buying cards, you won't regret it ?

(19th Feb 2022 11-12pm)While I was looking through the cards on this rainy morning, I could hear the store assistant engaging in pleasant conversations when serving other customers. June the store assistant sounded absolutely fab, provided excellent customer service and managed to make every customer feel welcome and special. The weather wasn't great but she still created a warm atmosphere that morning. She served me quickly and politely.Keep up the great work June! I know which branch I'll be going to next time I need a card.

Wanted a gift bag for a present but was unsure if they were open. I checked online for the branch in acocks green and it said that they were open. Very disappointed when we got there to find out that they were still closed . Could you please update your sight so that people know you are still not open. I looked again today and it still says the same thing even saying to check opening hours for the bank holiday Monday!!!!
