Don't know what's happened to the Card Factory just lately, it seems to not have a very good choice of Birthday cards, could be due to COVID-19 They do however have lovely items for both sex marriage's, which I did buy for a friend and her partner. Would go back as staff are both helpful and friendly.

I love this store it always has great cards for reasonable prices . It?s big and spacious so I can see what I am looking for . Very helpful and Friendly staff . One in particular I hope she does not mind me naming her (gina) she is very helpful and very welcoming . She always ask?s if I need any help . Myself and another member of the public commented on her amazing attitude she is truly a credit to Cardfactory . .

This card shop is very good ,it is in swan shopping centre & it got a good selection of cards ,not a big store though & stock a variety of relation cards & gifts for birthdays weddings christening etc ,staff are helpful ,it not that spacious inside though ,so Christmas & busier times could be stressful trying to find what you want ,it is opposite a very large Tesco so it great convenience ,I bought my dad a gift box to fit a cup in from here , they good prices.
