Visited this store on the off chance to inspect some items. The staff were friendly and helpful.I did find their B grade to be a bit more scuffed than other stores but I guess that?s due to the locals trading the items in.

Horrendous. Procedures and tests are apparently carried out on items that are traded in. This is not true. As I was sold a game, and when I put it in the console it couldn?t read the disk. I took it out to find a cut in the disc and it was also bubbled slightly. Must have been a Friday afternoon trade in.

I have been to many stores across the West Midlands and this one being my local, is unfortunately the worst one out there. I've brought many games to trade in here that have been rejected, some even in crisp clean condition. I've only been served by one girl there and she is the one who won't accept my games.I successfuly got my rejected games traded in at stores in TELFORD, B'HAM CITY AND CHELMSLEY WOOD

Totally worst experience ever specially staff beheviour. I visited first time from india to sell my phoneStaff takes three times to check my phone even individual staff told me different cash price of phone so i choose voucherAnd when i came to use the voucherThe staff gets weird behave they didn't even show me the phone by switch onAfter requesting when i ask to show another phone then they told me to wait and stand side or being in lineI wasted almost 4 hours for all this nonsense. Its totally unfair that when you buy my phone you check the whole phone for long time more then hour and if i am buying something in exchange so why i can't check the stuff from you store its very disappointing and feels being lootedSo its my advice to all dont sell your precious stuff at these store

Great place to go if your thinking of a second hand phone, gaming console etc, they also buy your phone if u want to sell,I bought a Samsung galaxy s21 ultra for £480 , it said grade b but the phone was immaculate with no a single scratch, even the sales person said he hasn't seen a bb grade device in such a prestine condition, staff are friendly and eager to help, would recommend anyone to pop in and visit, they also sell games for all the playstations , Xbox, Nintendo etc

RAEES the manager has such a bad attitude. Returned a Apple Watch to this store and he asked to see my phone, I asked why, he said ?We need to check that the watch is still not connected to your phone? and picked up my phone and helped himself to the settings, I was so shocked at the lack professionalism.I?ve been to many CeX stores and never have they said they need to see my phone or anything like that, I understand that the watch needs to be unpaired but it was definitely reset and not connected but apparently ?The staff need to check?. He?s always eating behind the counter? HR should go through the CCTV in this store and investigate.
