Went for a walk-in piercing. The team were so efficient, explained everything clearly and happy to answer any questions. Would highly recommend for a lobe piercing. Special thanks to Charlotte who was lovely!

A particularly bad experience. I spent 40 pounds. When I was checking out, I found that one item was broken and I asked to change it. As a matter of fact, I had already paid the money, and the money was still with them, and then the customer service went off to serve someone else, and the manager was also serving someone else. At that time my little son special try so hard, the need to go to the toilet, I ask customer service to have the toilet, she is not happy said he regardless of their managers to do my work, I said that give me my money back, she said she was the manager's job, and then another of his guests began to quarrel with me, let me have to wait, I said I children won't go to the toilet, etc. The manager dragged his feet and finally came, paying his guests first. Aren't I already in till? Should I go first? But does the manager look like he did it on purpose? I am so surprised that the service in a store can be like this.
