“We arrived and waited for our room key. We was given it by a blonde girl then was left to find our way. The room was comfy with tea coffee, toiletries towels etc the usual room template. There was children running up the corridors upto midnight and then again from 6am ( NOT THE TOBYS FAULT ). NOW BREAKFAST. We came down and queued at the bar and was told to help ourselves Asked for cutlery and was told to queue at the bar. Went to the coffee machine no cups when I asked for a cup I was told to queue at the bar. My children asked for coco pops but I couldn’t find as advertised on the menu. When I asked where it was I was told I had to queue at the bar for some. I looked for some orange juice but couldn’t see any so I asked again and you’ve got it it was behind the bar. There was pancakes with chocolate sauce and marshmallows advertised on the menu but could only find syrup so we had the cooked breakfast which was really nice. WHY DONT YOU PUT CUPS NEXT TO THE COFFEE MACHINE AND PUT CUTLERY ON THE TABLE AND CHILL THE OJ? THIS WOULD BE LESS OF A HASSLE TO EVERYONE. On departure we put the key in the drop off box and left through the bar. No goodbye no how was your stay nothing. Not even eye contact”

“Great shop, the staff are always very helpful and friendly, if they have not got the item I need they do their very best to get if for me as soon as they can, usually within two weeks. For a small shop they are the best. Thanks guys.”

“i order an item on friday and was promised a delivery on Tuesday all i at to do was to phone up on tuesday to find out a delivery time because we had someone waiting on site to fit the item that day but when i call the Nottingham branch they said we haven't got the item so we will have to get it in so we can't deliver it till Thursday morning then i said you new that you didn't have it on friday when i order it and someone told me that someone was going or someone was coming from Lester to drop it off so it could be delivered on tuesday so what happened to my order then do they just forget about it and wait till i phone up so now it's cost me a days wages for the person that was going to fit the item i tried making but they just said sorry and past it back to the story they are not interested in your problems a bad show all round ???I wish to update this review because after i published it the manager at the Nottingham depot called me and was so apologetic about the mishap and promised me that i would get the item delivered the next day before 1o/clock and true to his word it avvived,So i wish to say Big Thank you to the manager and all his team at the Nottingham depot for all the effort they went to.and also for the refund it was much appreciated.”

“I worked here for about a year or so…decent it was until the leadership went strong on favouritism and nepotism…it’s awful how things went, still a nice experience overall though made friends got experience.”
