Service very slow, staff more interested in chatting, long queue as a result food and coffee good as usual always consistent, that's what I like most, toilet had a key code, presumably to stop non customers using it, notice on toilet door said to get the number off your receipt, I was pretty desperate by the time we finally got served and then couldn't find a number on the receipt so asked the assistant who casually told me the number so I had waited for nothing, not the best experience I've had at Costa....maybe it was just Northfield !!!!

You're only as good as you're last review I guess.\\n\\nThis used to be a 5 now it's a 2/3. I think maybe one of the staff today was simply a little distracted but boy does it show when the place is empty, other then 6 customers sat amongst capacity for over 30.\\n\\nSill, you have to stand and wait while the staff member finishes on her phone, then recounts to get busy colleague the latest update on whatever nonsense drama had unfolded, complete with hand and face gestures. All while the colleague carries on doing the work she should be.\\n\\nThen of course this particular staffer needed to walk around until she'd recovered enough to serve a customer waiting at the till throughout this tedious rude encounter (me) but totally failing to say anything other then 'yes'. And I thought in my head when I saw the love bite on her neck, maybe I shouldn't judge :/.\\n\\nI used to think using phones at work was reasonable if you employed adults. Clearly maybe not. The service wasn't even basic enough to bring what you ordered to your table after waiting a short time for it to be cooked.\\n\\nIf Costa are working to welcome people back, they aren't doing a great job of it here.\\n\\nSeveral tables had other customers left overs, the normal manager I've seen here wasn't around. Else perhaps it would still be a good place to get coffee.\\n\\nStarbucks, Maccies, Greggs and Cosy Coffee all within walking distance. Which is what I wish I'd done, half way through waiting at the till.\\n\\nThe one good thing about this visit was Costa listening to the feedback and sending a response. A 'learning' moment you might say

Always friendly and have great customer service. The staff here take well notice of their customers and know there regulars. The staff have become accustomed to my order as it doesn?t really change as I like consistency only rarely do I change my drink order. They know how my children like their babychino hot chocolate and how they have the flake inside and not out. Very lovely staff and cannot wait to have my order seated once again.

A nice venue for a branch of these coffee shops - handy for a break during your shopping. Unfortunately, inside the shopping centre nothing has any external windows, so you can't watch anything except other shoppers going past, but it's a good location to read a book or work on a laptop or chat to a friend.

Good place to have a coffee and catch up with friends. The points scanner wasn't working though.

I love this Costa store. Staff are always friendly and its one of the best for their coffee ...thank you for my perfect decaff skinny latte with vanilla !!!!!
