Typical Costa Coffee shop conveniently situated on Calthorpe Road in Edgbaston.. Muffin was particularly nice.

I always visit costa in edgbaston during university breaks, i get greeted at the drive thru very politely. All the staff are lovely and get the order done quickly. However, Adam has served me many times and is always so polite, he always goes above and beyond. He definitely makes my time costa worth going. This was the visit at costa coffee pershore road im sure its called.

Had to make the drink 3 times and the Costa rewards app not working again.. not great. For a national brand, it?s amazing how the quality dips in some of the stores

Took my son who has an allergy to dairy and the staff particularly Andrew were lovely helping us find something suitable for my son and really making us feel welcome and interacted so well with my son ? I even met Andrew's mum who was also lovely ?

First of all, I?ve been to this Costa so many times before! And I haven?t been treated like this ever in my life! The customer service was absolutely horrendous!! Every-time I?ve been / I have asked for w quality street hot chocolate and I have got one! Today I was refused a quality hot chocolate saying that it?s not available - now tell me how that makes any sense? I?ve bought this exact hot chocolate numerous times! The person who took my order was absolutely rude! She didn?t even offer any sort of help! She was just straight up rude! The date I went to this Costa was the 26/12/20 at 2:30pm - whatever workers you had working on Boxing Day! They need to be told that they can?t do their job properly! And my friend also received her hot chocolate without cream - and it was yellow! PLEASE SORT YOURSELVES OUT COSTA FIVE-WAYS!

Went in to this costa today with my daughter 2 ladies behind counter was rude the 1 ask if 1 of use could wait outside, I looked around was only us and 1 other lady in there if you know this costa it?s very spacious so I said yea ok it?s was raining heavy but she didn?t care so can I ask quick question if on the door it says you can?t enter without mask but the 2 members of staff 1 had mask on under her chin the other lady didn?t even have 1 on won?t be using again sorry just came rude 23/12/20 all so the coffee was cold

Very helpful staff, I forgot my glasses and unable to read the menu very patient and helpful, They had no lemonade left so I had to re pick order for the kids, almost closing time and didn?t rush me either! As I waited they had a pleasant conversation with me , very nice ladies working there. A big Thankyou to them !!!

I just waisted £4.05 on a tuna pasta salad that is super bland and excessive amount of onions. This salad should be renamed onion salad. Overcharged onion salad. I only went to Costa to buy food as all other outlets closed (COVID effect).

Quick spot of lunch whilst waiting for a flight to arrive. This place is convenient being opposite arrivals. Good flat white and an average toastie. Service efficient and the place was fairly clean and tidy.

Good, decent place to chill out, relax and enjoy lovely food and beverages. Ample seating that goes all the way back of the building, (some seats are a tad bit too close). Unusual layout due to being an old, Edwardian style house, possibly listed, but has character. Service was quick and opened New Year's Day which was a bonus.

Been here many times. usually have a bite for lunch, panini, coffee cake etc. Normally as on this occasion, there is not a vast queue. Staff attentive despite having their own conversations. Quick and efficient. The area where this Costa is situated, is landside, so generally it is very chaotic. But you can have a little oasis of calm in the Costa, even though it is all open plan. Enjoyed the coffee food etc as usual.
