Large store with lots of seating availability. Often have to queue for a while to be served but service is typically quick after that. Usually 2-3 members of staff working behind the counter.

Always enough staff on to cope with the frequent mad rushes. Never waited longer than 2 or 3 minutes for my stuff. Staff always friendly.

Costa is synonymous to coffee in my mind, although they sell other assortment of drinks and cakes.
