Raj is the person you need to go to when you buy TVs or anything from Currys Castle Vale. Hand on heart he is amazing and very helpful. Raj went above and beyond, and we left the story with a new mind set that great customers service, knowledge and friendliness still exists when it comes to buy something in-store. Ordered online... went to pick up in store dealt with by Amina she was just so dull, no conversation wouldn't even allow me to look around the store, she was taking way too long finding the laptop so thought id have a wonder around to see if another product caught my eye. I wouldn't visit this store again.

Quick to take your money but when it come to collecting your item they are extremely slow and give you no way to call them directly to find out if they have it yet. I waited 2 weeks and was told I would get a call and an email for collection, guess what I got nothing. In the end I had to go inside and ask and as expected they had it sitting there for a week without letting me know. Bunch of morons!!

A recent purchase using Currys' online service could have gone a lot smoother but for their antiquated and next to useless IT system. Not made any easier by their so-called on-line assistant, which attempting to navigate or get any useful results was like juggling soot! A 'Thank you' must go to Chris at the Castle Vale branch, for his assistance locating our Buy-online, Collect-at-store purchase. He gained you a few extra stars for this review, Currys management, and guess what.. he's a HUMAN, and we were able to actually TALK to him and get somewhere. On-line assistant my arse!

Went in click an collect washing machine was in and out on 5 minutes and helped load into the car
