I went to Currys to purchase a special set of batteries. There is plenty of parking at the front. This is a large store with a great selection of TVs, laptops, appliances and much more. I went around the store looking for someone to assist. After some time I found a large number of assistants gathered in one place talking to each other instead of spreading out and helping out the customers. One of these assistants pointed me to the area where the batteries were located. The cashier was very friendly and helpful but I was a little disappointed with the price I had to pay.

Great place... lots of choice... I went for an air fryer , brought 2, and the price was reduced due to the Black Friday event... plite staff.. knowledgeable and friendly.. I would definitely recommend this place .. probably the best around, for the area it's in, parking is good, fast charge electricity points for electric cars.. all all a 5 star place

Looking for new TV. Had previous one for 20 years, so knew nothing about how they worked now! Really helpful sales assistant spent a long time with us explaining the different screen types and apps, etc. Very good customer service experience.

I brought a washing machine from there last week. The gentleman that served my fiance and I, was very helpful, knowledgeable and help myself make up my mind on which machine I ended up choosing!The guys that delivered the machine were well mannered and respectful. The only fault I had with them was, they were supposed to contact myself half hour before they arrived, to let me know how far away they were, incase I had to move things and because I am disabled. This was not done!!My other problem with the company in general, is the amount they charge to fit the machine and take your old one away, £35 to fit and £20/25 to take yours away.It took him less than 10 minutes to fit it, for £35! Disgusting!!

The store is okay but the staff is very very rude. They don't help you as much as they should. If you want to see a tv, they don't get the remote for you so you can look at the setting and stuff. There was a asian girl with a headscarf at the customer service desk who was acting like she can't be bothered. They all need basic manners and training!

I bought a new S22 from B12 store and I being told I can return with 2 weeks if I didn?t like it. I return back they sent to me through gift card as a rufund. I want my money back not a gift card. I spoke with the mangers and he was helpless and quite rude when ask him why didn?t get refund. He responded me I bought online through gift card which never explained to me the staff at store when I bought it. I recommend B12 curry pc.

Seems they are all about making Sales, as with other reviews orders are placed with item in stock which then goes out of stock when you are expecting delivery. Seems they just take orders regardless of availability. Also was told my item only had a 12 month guarantee, trying to sell their insurance when the item had 24 month guarantee.

I purchased microwave from the Birmingham- Selly Oak outlet today (3rd September, 2023). The cashier / Assistant Moinak is so rude when I asked her to recheck my email id for sending the online version of the receipt. It?s about 6 hours, I am yet to get my purchased invoice, which ideally should have come by now. I know, my email id is quite unusual to spell and thereby requested her to reconfirm what she typed in. I called the curry customer care, and the lady on the phone was unable to locate the invoice with my name with my email id or with my post code. I have no clue, what Monica did.because, of her rude and unprofessional behaviour on Sunday I am spending my weekend time speaking with Curry?s customer care.

Great service. Already inconvenienced therefore annoyed, I went to arrange a return of a faulty washing machine and delivery for a new one. I got in contact with 4 team members and all of them were brilliant. Frank on the floor approached me to help with choosing a new machine and was honest , helpful, didn't rush me . Very nice and polite. Then the lady in training behind the counter was lovely. I guess it all comes down from the top because the manager was very helpful and patient as he had to be called several times and then took over training for the new lady. Poor customer service. Young workers there on there mobiles on the shop floor. When asked for assistance, the guy didn't help much and wanted to leave like he had something better to do! I had to go to Selly oak branch instead! More professional and mature staff their to help you, I ended up buying the washing machine from there instead! Sort your young male staff out! Acting like youths

Hi Does anyone know where to contact for a faulty washing machine as i had Currys cover as well and still its been nearly 6 weeks and we are being telling lies. It supposed to be instant replacement if they cant fix the machine. Its very annoying.

Management and staff were not very helpful or considerate.After purchasing a ninja air fryer dual 7.4 litres for bout £200...took it home, obviously opened it checked it wifey wasn't happy with compartment size.Took it back the next day to return it. I was told i couldn't return it because i had opened it, and they didn't allow me to return it or give me money back....i was fuming ? ? be carful every1.....me bieng me thinking outside the box what am i going to do with a product that i dont wont or need....i drove to the next closest store and returned it..so up urs Manager and rude staffGot a full refund back happy days....Be careful what u purchase and make sure u read the terms and conditions on returning items.Big lesson learnt
