Bought flowers online and they came completely different than what I had ordered! I ordered light pink/white flowers but I received flowers that were bright pink and purple???? Disappointed as this was a birthday gift for someone and I spent £79!!

Ordered a funeral spray for our aunt at distance as we live in Cambridgeshire. The flower spray was delivered to the undertakers on time and were absolutely beautiful. I enquired 8 weeks ago for a plastic vase for a grave yard.I went in 6 times each week on the trot. Being told we'll have to one in next weekBut didn't.
