“The staff have always been helpful and never had an issue with them. The shop is often very busy and so can get very crammed, with queues for the tills going into the aisles which leaves minimal space for others to shop. However, lots of good deals and convenient disabled parking bays just outside the shop.”

“Cheap and cheerful, has plenty of personal care products which most of the time is cheaper than the the larger high street stores.This particular store is a bit on the small side and cramped, but does have a lot of products.Staff, are friendly, helpful and polite. All round great shop.”

“Always my go to shop when it comes to toiletries. Prices are very reasonable and they have variety of things from hair dye to makeup, toothpaste, home products. The only downfall is that its not very spacious, its narrow so when its busy your waiting for the others to move first.”

“This review is specifically to shine a spotlight on the great customer care given my Neil & Carole at this store. When an item in the garden centre was not clearly labelled, I’d already made a purchase and decided to ask the price of the item at the til. Carole, who was serving me promptly called & asked another colleague Neil, who not only went and priced the item for me (a nice bonus as the item was actually reduced but had not yet been marked down), but then loaded the bulky heavy items up on a flatbed trolley, took them to the til for me, brushed off the slugs then loaded them into my car once I’d paid again…all while having a good chat & a laugh with me. It was the nice jolly disposition of both of the staff & the willingness to help which made the shopping experience so good. These two staff members should really be commended when showing this kind of care.The minus of one star is only because of the item labelling not being clear, and their being absolutely no one in the gardening bit to ask, hence me having to go to the checkout twice.”

“Wow! ? Popped in yesterday to pick up some plastic boxes and was pleasantly surprised at how much the store has changed. There’s all manner of storage and display furniture in a wider range, better quality and prices than what you’d find in Dunelm, The Range, Home Base, and more. This store seriously needs to drop leaflets in surrounding areas and advertise itself more. The next time I need something for the house, this is where I’m going, in sha Allah (God willing). Oh and in case anyone doesn’t know, there is a lift at the back of the store if you want to take a trolley to the first floor.”
