I asked for separate sauce, but the staff mixed the sauce and gave me separate sauce. How reasonable is it? Incompetent staff here.

They gave us some extra wings, but some of the wings had nasty smell coming from the meat ?.Perhaps they gave the "free" wings to get rid of the bad ones?The edible wings were overcooked!Peri Peri wings were small and average in taste.Cheeseburger was okay.Fries with burger meal were not too bad.Too expensive for such average food.Giving us smelly "free" wings was very low of them.

Received my food and my chicken was PINK as you can see in the images provided. I called the store and all I was told was ?we have never had problems?. How does that make sense when I can see that there is alot of people complaining. These workers act like you are lying and will not put a customer first. They were rude and arrogant and did not want to hear my side. DO NOT order from this store unless you want raw food.

Nasty food overpriced. mega mix burger meal £7.00 singer cheese burger £4.00 spicy chicken wrap meal £6.49 £2.00 delivery fee. Rude mangy staff. Avoid all cost!

Not paying attention to the customer who walked in rather staff approch to the customers customer calling them to take orders staff is too busy doing they own things very disappointing very poor service.

Very bed customer service. Not good communication skills. Food was not very good. Chicken was under cooked. Compline yo them . Staf on till is very bad attitude. I am Going to Compline to health and safety department soon.

Grabbed a chicken sandwich on way through here. Pretty good.Crispy, juicy. Good quick service too. More of the chilli sauce would be my only suggestion.Wish people would clean up after themselves after eating at the tables in front. There's a trash bin for a reason!

Just Live next door ? to the take away nice food but they always seem to get my order wrong, but when you explain they always say it's what we said, not what you are saying? Might be better if they changed the staff etc.
