I am a regular customer and the service is absolutely appalling every week. I only order it as my kids like it. They missed my burger and took 1 hour to give it. They gave no apology and when I rang they said its not an aeroplane but a car which is delivering it. Disqusting

Ordered my food and was waiting for my food some young lady came into shop, she ordered her food way after me and it was more or less the same thing, she got her food and left the shop and I was stood waiting, every customer is the same and should be treated the same.I don't understand he also was very smiley towards her in which I found odd quiet annoyed don't really think I would come here againOwner needs to talk to his staff as I won't be coming back.

Really poor service, not ordering from here again online. Asked for 6 piece chicken with thigh or leg pieces only and they send 6 dry random pieces of chicken. When ypu cll them they refuse to acknowledge there part. Left the chicken with them to eat or do whatever with. Awful service!!

The worse customer service, they take ages to make orders.... Even when they are not busy staff having conversations and customers waiting. Ordered strips they where in small and half portion... They need to sort the staffing and sort the food portions customers pay the price and expect the food to be high standard too. Even providing chilli and mayo when customers ordered lot of meals chilli and mayo should be provided every meal.. This place are very stingy and very poor and the hygiene is disgusting...

I ordered food and it was delivered. One of the meals was missing. I rang the restaurant and they said they would delivered it. One hour later I still haven't received it and rang the restaurant again. Spoke to someone who said 'oh you want it delivered now?' I said yes, someone hasn't eaten yet"!. It took another hour before they delivered the missing meal, two hours late. Food was average and was the same the previous delivery. Never again.

I placed an order online for delivery today at 07:04 and still waiting and Never turned up. When called the number and said few minutes and hasn?t turned. I won?t recommend it to anyone. Very bad experience and awful experience

This branch is not as good as wash wood heat. Chicken was spicy and mayo wasn't same as wash wood heath. Kids spotted huge difference in taste
