Ordered a takeaway for QE took 1 hour and 20 mins. When I phoned to complain and ask for a refund the lady hung up on me. To keep fobbing your customers off by saying the driver will be there in 10 minutes is not acceptable. If you can’t deliver in the time you say don’t take peoples order.

Tastiest pizza available but service has been consistently slipping for a few months now, which is a shame. Deliveries have been taking much longer (which would be okay if not for the tracker app blatantly faking the tracking but then claiming the pizza has been delivered, making me worry it's been delivered to the wrong... read full comment
