The store was unable to cancel my contract, they made me wait for over 20 mins for the manager to come then I find out there is no manager on site once I speak to another person.The member of staff refused to cancel my contract and fed me false information about my rights to cancel and process to get it cancelled.Extremely poor experience.

I just purchased 2 pay-as-you-go SIM cards with my brother from the Corporation Street location. The staff there was very rude. After buying the SIM cards, they assured us that they were already active. However, when I got home and checked, the SIM cards were not working. I rushed back to the store around 4:55, and they refused to let us in, even though their posted closing time was 5:30. I had driven for 45 minutes to get there.After some pleading, one of the ladies finally allowed me into the store, where she admitted that the SIM cards were not activated. Before purchasing, I specifically asked a staff member if 5G would work on pay-as-you-go, and he assured me it would. However, after activation, they now claim that 5G won't work.This was a terrible experience, and I would strongly advise against buying EE's budget services. Their staff was extremely disrespectful and rude.

Went into shop to sort issue with my photo gallery, the young guy on front desk, had quick look, said he didn't know what or how to solve problem, he sent me to bullring store, who did help, but issue wasn't solved. Was really annoyed that both shops do same service yet corporate st store couldn't be bothered.

Terrible service. The staff member, Shane, was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service ettiquette. My father was explaining his issue with a SIM card and this was met with a very blunt and passive aggressive attitude from Shane. I genuinely found myself in disbelief that he could be so impolite on such a matter which could of been consulted in a more appropriate manner. I find it even more surprising he was 'store leader' and dealt with customers this way; not a good look for the EE brand.
