The customer service is very poor in this store. They are not helpful is your gaget is not to they standards the staff seem very reluctant to help and advising you to go to the poundshop which your device is not compatible with.The staff see you standing at the main front desk for assistance and look at you turn they head and continue to conversation with who the are with and totally disregarding you.My experience in this store on two separate occasion has been disrespectful and judgemental. I have been with EE for year's and always purchased my products from EE but this store I will avoid. Equity and diversity but this does not apply in this store at all.

Really friendly Staff. The young lady who delt with us even went over her time to make sure we were all set with data transference with the phone and tablet.The manager was also a very helpful.Really recommend this store. A credit to EE

Disgraced by the service at this store ordered I Phone 11 after been with EE over 30 years Omer the manager said arranged for collection 9 th Feb but then returned back to EE now having to sort with complaints Dept .AVOID this store at all costs see other reviews !!!!

I walked in to get advice about my contract. I was again sent back to customer service they wouldn't do anything as the shop hadn't documented what they said. I returned back to the shop they denied what they said. I since found out the shop changed my data allowance and didn't tell me. Never setting foot in there again
