Worst customer service been waiting for 50 mins, only one more customer other than me and all the staff was on one customer, had to leave work just to come in practically wasted my time just sitting der. 3/10/23

Much better than I thought it would!! but it was just great, the gentleman who looked after; Ian Mack, went above and beyond, he sorted me out a good plan for my mobile and to add to that, he had a look at my broad band which I have with BT and he tweeked that. I was a very happy customer when I left the store. Ian delivered 5 ? service, a great example to others on how to deliver great customer service.Thank you Ian, thank you EE. J.J.

Went in to upgrade my phone only. Was given the HARD sell trying to get me to change to BT internet despite me telling them 3 times that i would sleep on the broadband deal, and that i just wanted a phone renewal. Then manager Rob said theres no need to be like that sir. I left without renewing my mobile contract, i shall be seeking a new mobile phone provider.

I would like to thank Mr Sajid Khan for all the help that he gave us yesterday. We went to 3 of your outlets, the first one as we were leaving the girl assistant told me to f off. The second one the assistant in there was useless. The third one was so good to us the assistant took his time to explain it all and took three pounds off our account. His manners were so good he treated us with the greatest respect and he should be given his own shop. But you will find him in Acocks Green so if you want to be treated with respect go there. Ask for Sajid and i guarantee you will walk out with a smile.

I went to the store cuz i was promised for a watch with the contract that i was given for and that sabrina the manager was acting rude with the discraceful manner and kept on telling me to keep on coming every week to check i went to the store today she started swearing and being rude

Didn't want to return my charger as they would not exchange it.Fat asian lad worker with glasses literally threatened me repeatedly "don't blame us if the faulty charger burns your house down" Outraegous and disgusting
