Very bad treatment. Customers are treated with racism. They make you wait for long times. The staff do not care and do not provide the required service.

There's a repair service within ee that does repairs, they don't talk to customers themselves.Twice I have come to get a screen protector fitted and once they gave my booked item away and the second time they say they don't order till they have a booking. What a joke this service is.

Nitish was very helpful, knowledgable and accommodating. He went out of his way in terms of the service he gave and gave me the best deal. Excellent customer service and 100% recommend his service

False advertisement saying they fix phones my mom took her phone in to be fix she left it there at 12.30 to be told it will be done in an hour so we went to do some shopping then came back at 1.45 to be told its going to be another hour do we wait for an hour to be told its going to be another two hours so my mom had to leave it there and picked it up the next day in the afternoon definitely would not recommend that place to anyone of my friends or family

2 horrible experiences... one when booked through Samsung bcoz voice calls through operators chops off words and numbers making it impossible to give a number or communicate properly (common fault in Samsung phones). EE repair said it out of warranty bcoz of a scratch, eventhough the fault was there since purchased and there were 100s calls with Samsung before.Second time was to replace a SCREEN PROTECTOR, the thin plastic screen protector... I had to wait for 4 hours, they wiped off all my stuff, I had to beg for my phone back before they closed the shop, and was quoted £571 bcoz is out of warranty... with no chance to give them a piece of my mind...

Went in and I had a problem with my British Gas app (top up a smart meter) I understand that it is not an EE issue. However I am an EE customer and thought they might help. I waited 20 minutes to be seen . 2 staff on the floor dealing with customers. I got up to see if I could locate anyone who might be free.A staff member said 'take a seat they will come to you Next 2 staff turned up together ( they looked like security) I outlined the issue with the British Gas app could they help the answer was just a 'NO' end of story?! Mr WaltersDissapointing!

Would nor recommend. Theire repaire engineers don't have a clue. Replaced the screen of a S22 Ultra and tried to give it back to me with a scratch on the new screen, they accepted to replace it again but this time the back cover was lifting so they had to fix that again. We were to tired of waiting for our phone back but then when we got home the back camera has dust under the lens. They are a joke would not recommend. Not to talk about the unprofesionalism of the EE Staff, tring to avoid questions from you or taking responsability.

First of all, this is going to be a really long review. The most pathetic sevice experience I've ever had! If there was an option to give them zero stars, I would've definitely given that!!On 14/11/23, my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra fell down & unfortunately, the display broke. So, I brought it to the EE for a screen replacement after reserving an appointment. At first, I was happy that they booked in the phone immediately when I reached there. They demanded me to fully settle the bill at the time of booking in the phone. At this time, I didn't feel anything suspicious at all & I paid them using my card. The charge was £230, which seemed ok. I was told that they need 3-5 hours for the replacement process & I'll be contacted over the phone once it's ready. So, I left happily. After an hour, I received a text message from them, stating that the phone is repaired & ready for collection. I was pretty excited & rushed back to the EE. But when I reached there, I was told that the phone can't be repaired as it wasn't purchased from the UK/EU. I don't understand the reason behind this! Afterall it's still a Samsung!! Why are they so much concerned about where the phone was purchased from? If I was asking for a replacement under warranty, I can completely understand the situation. But, I already paid them in full for the repair!! Finally, they somehow convinced me to accept the phone back in the same condition I gave them & I was promised to receive the refund within the next 3 days.On the same day, I gave my phone to another service center & they asked me just £20 at the time of booking in the phone expecting me to pay the remaining £200 at the time of collecting the phone back in 3-5 days.I was really concerned on the 4th day as I didn't receive the refund from the EE even 1 day after the promised date. So, I decided to call them & they said that they need 2 more days to process the refund. At this time I received a call from the other service center notifying that my phone is repaired & ready for collection. But, I don't have enough money to get it back, as EE haven't provided the refund yet.I waited for 2 more days, but I still didn't receive the refund. Yet, I decided to wait for 2 more days to see if I get my money credited back to my account. On the 8th day, I became really desperate & visited the EE showroom in person. Again there, I was told that they need another 24-48 hours to process the refund. I visited the shop again once the 48 hour mark was over & I was told to "wait for hours till all the other customers are served because I'm not an important customer". I was getting late for the job, so I shouted a bit & left. Later, I took an appointment for 28/11/23 at 11:00AM & I reached there at 10:55. After waiting nearly half an hour even with an appointment, I was told that they paid some 3rd party for the repair & they haven't received the refund from them yet!I was given the contact number of the 3rdparty & was asked to call them directly for the refund! I tapped my card in the EE store. So, EE is liable to refund my money. Why should I call someone else who never offered any services to me! Still I called them just to hear that "They never got paid anything from the EE for this particular repair". So, my money was still in EE's pocket! They just want me to give up, so that they can eat my hardly earned money for free. After going through all these struggles, I filed a complaint against them to the TELECOM OMBUDSMAN (If anyone else is facing any such issues, please contact them, they can help) & obtained a reference number. They requested me to wait for 8 weeks from the first day (which is till JAN 1st week after which they've promised to intervene & escalade this legally.I will update the progress till I receive my refund. I hope to lawfully sue them for holding my hard earned money for a service they never provided me.All they care about is to make you

The Samsung EE repair partnership is a joke. Enter all your details on what phone, what's broken on the website. Book an in-person meeting travel to town to be told they don't have the parts. Why not ring?

If I could I would give -1 star.Refused to do a warranty fix.Said there are a few scratches on the screen that void a warranty. Sent the phone to Google and surprise surprise all covered and fixed. I am coming back to your store to get your operation manager details to have a chat why your staff wanted to charge me for warranty covered fix
